Beach's N Cream: The highlight of your vacation will be staying in a beautiful beach decorated three level house. The house offers panoramic views of the ocean from the 2nd and 3rd level balconies. Only a 1 minute walk to beach. The blue waters and white sands of the Gulf beaches are gorgeous, soft, shiny, and clean.
THE HOUSE: This house features a master suite with king-size bed on the 2nd level with ocean view and your own private balcony. There is also a master bedroom on the first floor w/ a queen size bed and full bath. There are two additional bedrooms on the 2nd level; one queen bed and one full bed. These bedrooms share a bath. The third floor tower has a queen sofa bed and offers fantastic views of the ocean with a balcony. Full washer and dryer available on 1st floor. TV in each bedroom.
Enjoy a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless appliances. This house also is upgraded with bamboo hardwood flooring on the first level.
THE PRIVATE POOL: This is a beautiful free-form 5-foot deep pool with patio for entertaining, sunbathing and outdoor gas grilling. For safety, the back bedroom door has an alarm to alert parents with children.
THE AREA: You are just steps from the white sandy beaches and blue ocean waters. You are within minutes of many local grocery stores, shops, theaters, and restaurants and the new infamous Pier Park. This is an awesome family destination. You will be very close to Pier Park, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Carillon Beach, Watersound and all the Panama City Beach amusement parks, including Gulf World Sea Aquarium. You will also be enjoying the QUIET "West End" of Panama City Beach where there are no high rise condos on the beach. You will also be minutes away from the new Pier Park with many new exciting and top rated restaurants including Jimmy Buffet's new "Margaritaville", Reggae J's Island Bar and Restaurant, the Back Porch Oyster and Seafood Bar, a new Starbucks and many exciting new shops!
For the golfers, there are MANY top rated golf courses nearby. Camp Creek and Origins at Watersound are 5 minutes away and Hombre at Panama City Beach i.s 15 minutes

A group and friends and I went to PCB for some concerts, and we searched high and low for a house that would fit our group and not cost us a fortune. Beaches and Cream did not disappoint! At the time I think I must have emailed about 15 homeowners, and I was pleased with the response time and information given on this particular property. When we arrived, I was so glad that we decided to go with Beaches and Cream. The home is a little off the beaten path, which was perfect for the concerts because we could quickly get away from the crowds – but still very conveniently located to Pier Park, I believe a cab ride home was only about ten bucks. The house itself is very nice and well stocked. There is a pool on site, which is certainly a perk – and the beach is a small walk away. I will definitely use this place again for future PCB trips! The home is set up in a manner that two families could stay, or a small group of friends (there is a loft with a pull out bed on the top floor, three bedrooms on the second floor and a room on the bottom floor). All of the rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were super comfy! The living room is big enough for entertaining, and opens to the dining room and kitchen area (which came in handy as we were cooking dinner and watching football games prior to going out for the night). There is also a convenient store a few blocks away in case you need to pick up last minute things, and there is a Publix a few miles down the road for grocery trips. This owner will not disappoint! The house was much nicer than the pictures show. An excellent location with a very quite street. Very close access to the uncrowded beach also. David was tremendously easy to work with on the rental, directions, obtaining keys etc... For us the pool is a giant plus. The screen covering for the entire pool area makes it enjoyable in the evenings. There is even a work desk in the upper floor which allowed me to mix work with vacation time. Without the WiFi it would have been impossible. Everything in the house was immaculately clean and well maintained. We are just far enough away from the crowds (Cruising) of Panama City and close enough to the shopping. And just close enough to the Boar's Head and Buddy's take home seafood. Awesome food!!! I have already been informed by my wife that we will definitely return.

We had a blast at Beaches & Cream. Walk to beach is very short, the house is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. There are tons of things close by to visit. Even though the pool isn't heated it was a nice refreshing dip on a hot April day! Hope to stay again sometime! Thank you for sharing this lovely home with our family!

We had such great time at 'Peaches and Cream". This is an absolutely beautiful place!!! It is great for mature adults as well as children. The weather was wonderful and the beach is so close, within walking distance. Such a pleasant neighborhood. We will rent this house again next year...already planning our vacation. Thanks so much for making this vacation one we will always remember!!

We met up with out of state friends at this location and had a fabulous time. Our party included 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from elementary thru high school ages. The house offered plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The kids love that the house was wireless and easy to pick up a signal. Overall kitchen well appointed and the house has a very "beachy" feel - clean and modern. The home owners were accommodating and accessible via email and phone.

Beach's N Cream was the PERFECT college girls' spring break getaway. The house was beautifully decorated in a Caribbean beach theme. Each room was relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen offers the convenience of home. The patio and pool is nice to layout by after a minute walk from the sugar sand beach. The house is located on the quiet end of Panama City and is very close to Pier Park and other restaurants and shopping. Definitely planning future stays!!

Thank you for sharing ‘Beaches N Cream’ with us - we enjoyed every minute of our vacation. We especially liked the layout of your vacation home, its open living-dining-kitchen area, the private yet spacious master suite, soft comfortable mattresses in all the bedrooms, and found everything to be extremely clean and colorful throughout. It was perfect for our two families. We spent almost every day at the beach and the walk was extremely short with no problems getting back to the house if we forgot anything. Also appreciated were the chairs, umbrellas and beach toys left at the unit for us to share gulf-side. And when getting back to the house late afternoon, it was refreshing to be pool-side as well. Other notable amenities included the quiet street location, TVs in almost every room, and the close proximity of nearby hot spots such as Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Destin, where we enjoyed some of the best in local cuisine. Finally, we really made use of the local maps, books, attraction listings and all the nearby recommendations you provided. We will be back !!

We loved Beach's N Cream with all it's comforts of home! Excellent rental for families or couples with the private pool & conveinent location to beach, restaurants & great shopping . House is very roomy with a calming caribbean decor and wonderful neighborhood for walking, strolling or biking.Although we were there in Aug. 2010, it was pleasantly calm & not too crowded, we will definitely be back next year!
