This 2,300 sq. ft. unit is beautifully furnished and situated in the private gated community of Pacific Sun Estates. The new Pacific Sun development is perched at the very edge of a Class 1 rain forest and .5 miles from Playa Herradura beach. Pacific Sun is very close to many attractions, such as canopy adventures (zipline), ATV safaris, ecological / wildlife preserves and only one-third of a mile from the brand new, upscale Herradura Plaza. Herradura Plaza contains many fine restaurants and gourmet shopping at the Auto Mercado We are only 1 mile from both the Los Suenos Marriott, the superb Los Suenos Marina and near the Villa Caletas.
The Los Suenos Marina is the largest marina between Baja California and Chile and has numerous deep sea fishing charters and many shops and restaurants. You have open access to all Marina facilities (fishing charters, restaurants, shops, etc.), Los Suenos Iguana Golf Course and casino.
World class surfing and more dining and entertainment experiences are a short 9 minutes (3 miles) away in exciting Jaco Beach.

This is a beautiful condo with a lovely and huge patio to relax, with plenty of room for everyone. When we got there, the refrigerator was broken and the internet didn't work, but the property management team got people up there right away. The condo is equipped with free international calling, which was great so we could keep in touch with our kids back home. We also loved the beautiful pool the complex provides. The grounds were well-kept and clean. My only caveat for more than 2 couples is that the 3rd bedroom does not have a closet, so the third couple needs to share a closet with someone. The master bedroom suite is awesome though! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The property management team provided us with some great tours for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend booking any tours through them! A great place to stay!Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations at John and Kathleen's condo in Pacific Sun Estates. The condo was immaculate, warm and welcoming. It was as in the photos but better! We loved being away from the activity in Jaco and Herradura/Los Suenos yet close enough to drive (within 5 minutes either way). John was very helpful in setting us up with a rental vehicle, cell phones and information. We took in a lot of the sights and activities available in the surrounding areas then returned home to the comfort and privacy of this well maintained and secure property. We highly recommend this property for a family vacation or with friends as there is plenty of space, Top notch! For stays of 7 days or more, we can even stock the frig with food and beverage items that you would like to have available upon your arrivals well as free transportation from the San Jose airport to your front door !

We found this condo to be attractively furnished and very comfortable. The on-site staff was extremely helpful. The location was central to all attractions yet very private and peaceful. The pool, picnic area and private sun deck were great. The owner answered all our questions and provided detailed information prior to our visit.
