Tucked away on this secluded stretch of Mendocino County's Elk Coast with a beautiful view of the ocean. The Elk Beach(1 mile away in the town of Elk) is great for walking on the beach, looking for driftwood, shells, etc.
Nearby sightseeing locations include Irish Beach, 6 miles of sandy beach, Manchester State Park, the Point Arena Lighthouse, the charming village of Elk, and the breathtaking views of Cuffy's Cove. The Elk Coast provides photographers with an almost limitless number of opportunities to capture gorgeous images on a daily basis.
From the deck, view the Point Arena lighthouse and watch the sea lions sunning on the rocks in the cove or just relax to enjoy another sunset and reflect on the wonder of it all. Take a short walk along the trail to the top of the meadow - be careful not to startle the deer or the rabbits.
