Our condo offers you a full view, east to west, of the Gulf of Mexico. Simply go to the balcony to catch your sunrise and sunset over the water as well as the dolphins passing by. The condo itself sleeps 6 with a master(California King) and queen bedroom as well as queen sleeper sofa. A fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, master bath, hall bath, washer/dryer, 3 cable HDTVs with DVD players, and free secured wireless Internet all make for a very comfortable stay. Never tote chairs and an umbrella to the beach as it’s included with your rental. Views of the Gulf from every room except Queen bedroom, hall bath and laundry room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at 'Summer Breeze' in Maravilla! Thanks Don for making the rental process a snap! The Maravilla complex is clean and well maintained with a great view of the Gulf and close to everything on Scenic Highway 98......in our opinion, the only place to stay in Destin! With Pompano Joes and Kenny D's restaurants within walking distance of this lovely condo, there's no need to stray very far from the beach. If you're looking for a great place to kick back, spend great days on the beach and watch beautiful sunsets, this is the place to book your vacation stay! I know we'll be going back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

I have made this destination my yearly ritual and the Summer Breeze unit is why. The location is beautiful. You can sit in your condo and take in this great view. The Maravilla complex is a home away from home and this unit makes me feel welcome. I love it and recommend it to anyone looking for their next Florida getaway.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

My recent stay in the Summer Breeze condo was absolutely wonderful. This unit is beautiful, the furnishings are homey and nice, and it truly has everything you need for a fulfilling stay. The view from the living room and balcony is spectacular - as well as from the master bedroom. And, the complex itself (Maravilla) has all the amenities anyone could want for a fun and relaxing vacation. Can't wait to stay here again!Did you find this review helpful?
