A MUST SEE!!! Large, remodeled, beautifully decorated, fully furnished Condominium with new furniture approximately 1200 square foot unit directly on the beach. Laminate wood and tile floors throughout. Bright, eat-in kitchen with tiled counters and backsplash. Washer/Dryer in unit. Formal dining room with buffet. Large living room with leather sectional, full-size futon and 46" LCD TV. Master Bedroom has king size bed, full-size futon, night stands and 27" TV with a small CD and fm/am stereo. Condo has a large walk-in closet and comfortable master bath. Half bath is located in the hallway. Bathrooms have also been remodeled. Balcony with table and four chairs to enjoy the wonderful beach breeze.
Come enjoy your home away from home at the Towers of Key Biscayne. Catch some rays at one of the two swimming pools - one is heated for year long enjoyment. Cook at the BBQ area or take a nap on one of the lounge chairs on the beach. Take a nice walk to the lighthouse (Cape Florida Lighthouse) at Bill Baggs State Park and come back to your private beach. Don't want to cook? No problem. There is a restaurant on the premises, Saporis, with a varied menu. Shed the pounds at the two gyms - one is coed (open 24 hours) and the other is women's only. You even have a beauty salon, card room, reading room, and tennis courts(2) for the use of tenants and guests. This complex is located adjacent to Bill Baggs State Park, a protected park and has a very comfortable, quiet location on the “Key”.

We have found a "home away from home" and are so fortunate! This is our second winter season at this condo. The unit is beautiful,well-equipped, and the ammenities are outstanding. This is truly a "resort". The owners are gracious, extremely accomodating and attentive to any needs you may have
