The furnishings in 704 have been selected to offer an upgrade from the standard "condo package" you may have experienced in your previous rentals. Within the unit your accommodations include a king sized bed, 2 queen beds in the guest room as well as a queen sleeper in the living room; all beds have Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses. With 10 foot floor to ceiling glass in every room you will enjoy spectacular Gulf of Mexico views and more than 1150 square feet of living space. All entrance doors to the condominium are interior, so you'll never have to fight the elements to bring in groceries or shopping bags. There is covered parking to protect your vehicle from the weather and there is a separate entrance into the 2nd bedroom of the unit. While staying in Surfside 704 you will enjoy having three televisions offering both DVD and VCR viewing. Bring a few beach towels, some sunscreen and enjoy reading a few of the books kept in the condo for our guests. We want you to come back to 704 year after year.
