  I loved my time at this condo. Beautifully furnished, wonderful ocean views and very well taken care of. Loved my relaxing time on the wonderful lanai. Short walking distance to beach and turtles! Grand Hyatt next door great for dining and walks. A short drive to Poipu for numerous happy hours and shopping. Also within several blocks of Kauai Christian Fellowship Church which was a tremendous experience. It was a pleasure to work with Leesa and Jim and they were helpful and friendly at every turn. I received my full deposit refund very quickly. I will definitely plan to return to this condo in paradise! Mahalo!!

  Aloha! We could not have been happier with our stay at this condo. It was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. It was quite windy during our stay but we enjoyed the crosswinds throughout the condo. Enjoyed having our breakfast on the lanai looking out onto the ocean. We saw several turtles here through the binoculars.The location was great. It was close to the pool, Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt. A nice walking path would lead you to Brennecke's Beach to watch the boogie boarders and the sunset. Condo is equipped with beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and a cooler! Some people with difficulties walking should know that the condo is three flights of stairs up. My only suggestion would be having brighter lights to see better at night. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. Mahalo!

  This being our 3rd visit is a good indication as to how much we love this place! This unit has a great floor plan, is well furnished, has a modern well stocked kitchen, a view of the water and a wonderful large lanai. We found the lanai perfect for outdoor meals, reading and just relaxing. At night, we loved hearing the waves crashing on shore. This property is is in an ideal location that is close to everything one would need when on vacation. We also enjoyed the walking the trails that can be accessed right from our front door. The owner is always quick to answer our inquiries and phoned just after our arrival to make sure we fouind everything in good order. This is an ideal vacation spot!

  We stayed at this lovely condo for six nights and were so pleased at how spacious it was! We have two boys 12 and 14 and they shared a large bedroom and bathroom. The ensuite was just lovely and we were glad we didn't have to share it with the boys! The balcony was SO much bigger than we had expected and the view was beautiful. It was such a nice quiet condo as we were on the top floor - it was so peaceful for sleeping. The location was great and was just a short drive or walk to all that the Poipu has to offer! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and families who were visiting Kauai. The condo was well equipped with lots of towels. The beds were very comfortable!My only suggestion would be that we could have used a couple more dish cloths for washing dishes as one was not enough for the week. Thanks Leesa and Jim!

  What an awesome condo and location. We have been visitors to Kauai since 1998 and this is by far the best! The condo is beautifully maintained and the decor is modern and pleasing. You feel at home the minute you walk in the door and you are able to relax and have a real vacation. Most activities are walking distance and there are great hiking trails beyond Shipwreck Beach. We enjoyed getting up every morning and going for a long hike trying something new each day. The location is also perfect to access many of the great swimming and snorkel beaches. We were able to walk to all 4-5 star restaurants. What a great vacation and thank you, Leesa for making this happen!

  We have been coming to Kauai for several years now and this is the second time we have stayed in this condo. Wish we would have found it sooner because it is a beautifully appointed and located property. It is so nice to have an owner that supplies you with everything you need to experience a comfortable stay. Can't say enough about the sound of the ocean and the enjoyment of spending time on the lanai. We will make this our condo from now on. Thanks Leesa.

  We have stayed in various Poipu Sands condos for years and love the location. This was our second time to rent this condo and we felt like we were coming home. The condo is very beautifully remodeled and furnished and such a wonderful place to relax. We love the view off the deck and hearing the ocean from our bed! Not only is the condo large and spacious, but equipped with everything a traveler needs: washer/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, guidebooks, etc... Thank you for a wonderful trip! I hope to return soon!

  Thank you for being receptive and responsive. I enjoyed my stay at your Poipu sands unit. I have been going to Kauai at least once or twice a year since 1982. It is one of the best units I have stayed in. I felt at home. The unit was very clean, spacious and very open. The view was great. We enjoyed the spacious Lanai where we spent most of our time (even sleeping on the chaise at night). We liked being able to watch the airplanes coming to the island from Honolulu. It is always hard to leave Kauai … but something to look forward to go to, and hopefully permanently in the future.

  This was a great experience. The condo has been remodeled very well. It's clean, well stocked, and very close to the ocean. There is a nice ocean view from the quite large Lanai where we ate every meal we didn't go out for. The pool is close, but with the beach only 100 yards away, who needs it? Really, it's hard to find a better spot for the money. We've rented many vacation apartments over the years and this is right at the top. Thanks!

  We love Kauai and have visited there many times over 25 years. Popui Sands is our favorite rental spot and we can't say enough good things about this condo. It is beautiful, clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The website really described it perfectly and the owner most helpful. Golf courses are nearby, just a few steps to Shipwreck beach and the beautiful Hyatt Hotel and Spa. A day trip to Hanalei Bay on the North Shore is a must. There are some really good restaurants in the Popui area now such as: Roys, Merriman's, Popui Bay Golf Resort (fabulous pancakes), etc. Can't wait to go back to Paradise!!! Mahalo for sharing your beautiful home with us!
