We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious (larger than it appears on the photos), modern and well maintained, comfortable and quiet yet close to everything and it was neat, clean and tidy and everything and more was there (Crystal was even kind enough to leave some toys for our kids). The owner was very friendly, helpful and flexible and genuinly interested to ensure that we enjoy our stay (providing various information on activities, restaurants, etc.). We would most certainly recommend this condo to anyone coming to beautiful Coeur d'Alene, be it for just a few days or longer.

This is an incredible downtown condo that is within easy walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities. We stayed in this condo for about 6 months over the winter with 2 young children & would highly recommend it! We really enjoyed walking to parks, the lake, and great restaurants. Condo is very clean with great furnishings. We were concerned living in a condo with kids due to the noise issue but we never had a problem. Owner is easy to work with and very prompt in answering questions. This is a wonderful place to stay if you want a clean, furnished condo downtown CDA where you are in the heart of all the action Coeur d'Alene has to offer. A must see!!!!

This condo is clean, modern and spacious, and you can walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. The owner has equipped this with everything you need. It was wonderful to stop by the coffee shop a few blocks away, and then take a walk down the beach in the morning. I would stay here again!

This place looks better in person than in the photos, not that the photos look bad, just that the condo is very nice and pictures don't do it justice. Everything was very clean, and you have just about everything you would need for a quick stay. Walking distance to a few really nice parks, good food and entertainment. If you're going to silverwood this a great option if you have kids, cheaper than a hotel, nicer than all but the ritziest of hotels (which I doubt are even around in the middle of nowhere/Idaho), a kitchen and a lot more privacy than a hotel.

Having never stayed in a vacation rental before, we were unsure of what to expect or how the process worked. The owners made the process extremely simple. Emails and phone calls were always returned promptly. The owners were extremely informative and friendly. We were very pleased with the condo. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The condo is located on the second floor with high vaulted ceilings. It was the perfect place to stay for us and our three young children. Our kids were thrilled to find a closet with toys and games. We appreciated the pack and play, high chair, and sippy cups. We also appreciated having beach towels and sand toys. The condo is located very close to town (about three blocks to Tubbs Hill, City Park, and a great beach). It was an easy walk for us, even for our little kids. We loved being able to pack up a bag and walk to the beach to spend the afternoon in the water. It is also located only about 15-20 minutes from Silverwood. Not only would we recommend this condo to our friends and family, but we will definitely plan on staying here ourselves again in the near future!

We stayed at the Condo in Downtown Coeur D'Alene. It was beautiful, close to everything, and it was easy to find and refind after explorations.

This was our first experience staying in a vacation rental, as well as our first trip to Coeur d'Alene. Our family of four was looking forward to a week long summer vacation and a little R&R. This lovely property and its proprietors exceeded our expectations. We were impressed by the simple process to rent this property and equally impressed with how easy it was to contact the owners should any questions arise. Checking-out at the end of our stay was just a simple telephone call. The accommodations were clean and modern. The location was easy to find and near many amenities including the beach, many eateries, and shopping for all ages. The layout of this property was bigger than we expected and the corner deck was a wonderful bonus to relax on after a full day of playing. Nearby parking was easy and accessible either on the street or in the gated, private garage. The home was well stocked with essentials such as beach towels, glassware, coffee maker and more. There are many sights and activities to enjoy in and around Coeur d'Alene. Current brochures and local information were available throughout the condo to suit everyone's tastes. Our experience was a huge success! ~Great property and superb customer service. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and relatives.

Our first stay in a vrbo.com rental and it was such a positive experience. The owners thought of everything, from a martini shacker to plastic sippy cups for the wee ones; from beach towels to recommendations for dinner. The condo is new, clean and a great stay for our family! The owners were friendly and maintained regular communication while booking and confirming payment. The location of the condo is perfect. It is only a few blocks from everything! We were able to walk to and from our adventures. I would definitely recommend this condo!

My wife and I spend a week in this two bedroom one bath condo. It appears quite new and is a very good plan. It was perfectly located for us, two blocks from downtown and three blocks to the lake and great hiking path. It is very nicely furnished, has a fireplace, large patio and is a corner unit. We truly enjoyed the community and this property was ideal. We will be back and will contact the owner as this property will be our first choice.

We decided to stay here on our trip over the Fourth of July this year. The condo is very clean, new and bigger than I thought from the pictures. The furnishings are very nice. We enjoyed the covered parking which is basically a garage without the big door also the security of the gated parking was a plus. The information inside the condo was helpful, it included maps, things to do for all ages and a great dining guide. Another plus about this condo is that you have a good view of the firework show on the lake right from the deck. I would recommend this property to anybody that is looking. The property owner was very easy to work with and made the check in/out process very smooth.

When I signed up for my Iroman race last year I immediately started looking for a location close to town that would be 'home-base' for a week in Coeur d Alene. I found the perfect spot staying here. Easy to get to off the freeway. Shopping was close. Easy walking to town (3 blocks to race course). And while I was on the race course (14+hours) my friends and family had a place to rest or grab more snacks, etc. The condo itself is bigger than the pics make you believe. Plenty of room. The deck outside is also a nice place to relax. Very clean and we got alot of ideas for dining, etc. I would recommend anyone staying in CdA to consider staying here. Its perfect for Ironman but also for vacationers looking for a more comfortable location versus a motel.

The condo is beautiful and the location is great! Just a few blocks from the water, downtown and the Tubbs Hill area, we were able to walk everywhere! It is just a few blocks from the main road, and very easy to get in and out of. Although we were not familiar with the area, we had no problem finding it. The rental is beautiful - well maintained with an open floor plan. We enjoyed a glass of wine and a late afternoon thunderstorm on the covered patio just off the dining area. Fantastic kitchen stocked with dishes, plates, flatware and a nice assortment of pots and pans and storage containers. Despite the great restaurants in the area, we enjoyed making many of our meals in the well-organized kitchen. The open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and numerous windows make this a great rental for families, as well as couples traveling together. The owners are great - they left a basket on the table filled with information about the area, as well as personal recommendations on restaurants, which grocery stores are best and directions/info on local events. Would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family traveling to CDA, and we will stay here again in the future.

My husband, 3 year-old daughter, and I were in town for a marathon and spent 4 nights here. It was immaculately clean, spacious, and the owners made sure there were toys available for my daughter to play with. The owners also sent us dining recommendations. We were able to walk just a few blocks to the park/beach, dining, shopping, Centennial Trail, etc. This would be a perfect place for a family with a couple of kids or two couples. We really enjoyed our stay. We plan to come back and will definitely stay here again.

Hello, As our Truckster Great American Road Trip comes to an end, (we're in the final stretch!) we are reminded of where we've been, the people we've met, and the places we have stayed. This life as a HomeAway.com Truckie has certainly been an incredible one, and we are SO thankful to you, the rental owner, who opened your doors to give us a place to stay. For all the good nights of rest, comfy beds, and warm showers, we just wanted to send you one last "hello" and "thank you" from the road! Thanks again. May our future travels bring us back to your rental soon! All the best, John and Steph The HomeAway Truckies www.facebook.com/homeaway Twitter: @homeawaytrip Blog: www.homeawayroadtrip.wordpress.com

The Condo was in very new condition. It had everything we need for our week-long stay. Parking in the garage was not the easiest and it would've been more convenient for my 70-year old parents if it was on the ground floor, but those were the only two drawbacks. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to stay in Coeur D'Alene - it's near everything the town has to offer, plus the owners left some very good tips on dining. Absolutely made the trip a great experience.

Excellent find! We enjoyed a week's stay in June. Great location - just a couple blocks off the main street (Sherman Ave.). Short walk to many restaurants (Hudson's Hamburgers for lunch is a must), shopping and the lake. Just a few blocks off the Centennial Bike Trail. The condo is new, comfy, classy - just a great place to stay. Plus the owners were great to deal with! We look forward to our next stay!

I stayed here with two friends for the marathon weekend. It's very cute, super clean and was a great place to stay. A nice location -- You can smell the bakery from the balony, and it's within walking distance to all the cute shops. I recommend it!
