Kingston Plantation is an oceanfront South Carolina resort. This 145 acre resort is graced with a variety of fresh-water lakes with swans, ducks and turtles. We offer a 2 bedroom, 2 bath second-floor villa in Richmond Park. It is only a 5 minute walk to Kingston's exclusive ocean beach, heated pools and children's water park, which features multiple play areas. Daily children's programs are available.
This condominium is convenient to the resort's 50,000 square foot Sport and Health Club which features indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzis, exercise and weightlifting rooms, racquetball courts, and outdoor lighted tennis courts. A full time golf director is available to book tee times at Kingston's Arcadian Shores, located adjacent to the resort, or at one of the more than 100 courses in the area.
Our spacious 1,250 square foot villa is designed with vaulted ceilings and a balcony. It has a comfortable living area with a queen sofa bed. There are two bedrooms one features a King-size bed and the other features one full sized bed and one twin. Each bedroom has a full bath.
Other amenities in Kingston include an Ocean Front Activity Center which consists of several outdoor pools, a sauna, a Splash Water Park that the children will love, a Lazy River, a splash bar and grill, beach volley ball area, a large pavilion for outdoor entertainment, rest room facilities, and more.
There may be a minor charge for the use of some amenities. The complex also has numerous paved walking and biking trails, several of which pass over a beautiful lake as you approach the ocean area. |
