The perfect place to relax and refresh your soul!!

Relax and take in the Carmel nostalgia in this spacious and luxurious Carmel retreat. This quiet and comfortable home comes complete with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, cozy fireplace, scenic decks/balconies and a private backyard retreat with a bocce ball court!

The master suite features a pillow top King size bed, 37" flat screen HDTV, private balcony and bathroom with shower. The other 3 bedrooms feature 2 queen size beds and 1 full bed each sharing 2 hall baths (1) with an extra deep soaking tub and (1) with a shower. Each bedroom is tastefully appointed and equipped with luxury linens, the 3 large bedrooms feature TV's and DVD players. Additionally, there is a sofa bed that converts to a queen bed great for the kids!

The kitchen includes gourmet cookware and appliances and is fully stocked with condiments, and a wide array of spices and bake wares! Also for your convenience enjoy a fully stocked picnic basket, ice chest, barbeques, beach blankets, beach towels, umbrellas, beach bags & totes and more. For those of you with little ones, we include a porta crib and high chair!

Backyard: The backyard and some of the front areas are fully fenced and Include a large lawn/patio area, and a bocce ball court. The lawn is the new artificial soft long pile turf which doubles as a great patio area as well. There is also an area for grilling and barbequing, The house is equipped with a backyard gas barbeque and a Weber charcoal grill as well as a mini-weber for the beach. The middle tier of the back yard houses the bocce ball court, balls included on site.

Front Yard: The house sits in the middle of a gently sloped lot. There a few steps from the front of the house to the front door, which is approx. 10 feet above the street. There is a large deck off the front entrance and another deck off the Master bedroom. The front entrance deck has an “L” shaped sectional seating unit, side tables as well as some potted plants, the deck is surrounded on one side by a 100 year old Oak tree! The Master bedroom deck sits approx. 8 feet above the front entrance and yes, there are approx. 10 stairs up to the Master suite. The master bedroom deck has a table & chairs and there are also some exterior steps from the master deck.

This home is perfect for a large quiet family and well behaved dogs, as this is a very quiet residential area and all guests must respect the peacefulness and serenity of the neighborhood. The house is centrally and conveniently located just a couple blocks off highway 1; so it is just a few minutes to shopping and dining in downtown Carmel, Carmel beach, Pebble Beach, downtown Monterey, Pacific Grove, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

The weather in this area is enjoyable all year long and is most spectacular in the spring and fall months!!

The closest airport is Monterey and is only 10 minutes from the house the closest international airports are San Jose (1 hour drive) or San Francisco (2 hour drive) from the house.
