This quiet and comfortable home comes complete with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, cozy fireplace, scenic decks/balconies and a private hot tub. The master suite features a pillow top King size bed, 37" flat screen HDTV, kitchenette, private balcony and bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms feature 2 queen size beds and 1 full bed each sharing 2 hall baths (1) with a soaking tub and (1) with a shower. Each bedroom is tastefully appointed and equipped with luxury linens, TV's and DVD recorders. Additionally, there are two large sofas that convert to queen size beds. This home is perfect for large groups and its sunny and forested location is centrally and conveniently located just a couple blocks off highway 1; so it is just a few minutes to shopping and dining in downtown Carmel, Pebble Beach, downtown Monterey, Pacific Grove, the beaches and the Aquarium. Feb 01-Sep 30 .. $450/night 3 night minimum
10% discount for stays of 7 days or more. $145 cleaning fee.
Well behaved dogs welcomed with deposit +$35 additional cleaning fee.
Fees must be paid in full at time of booking.
Cancellations accepted within 60 days of stay with 5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 59 days of stay only if able to rebook; fee dependent on the
amount discounted to obtain last minute booking.
