This is a great little space. Very well appointed, with nicer furniture than I've encountered in most places I've rented in Mammoth. In particular the bed is super comfy. Very convenient location, within walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping. The owner is very pleasant to deal with, and with what I consider to be very reasonable rates, we'll certainly be back

We had a great time here. Very nice living area, kitchen and perfect for my family of 4 (two young children), and the rates were exceptional in comprison. Great for a family vacation to relax after being out on the mountain all day, plus my kids enjoyed the selection of movies. we will for sure be back...best value in Mammoth.

My wife and I visited the Mammoth Lakes area for a recent wedding and now have plans to go back!!!! I will DEFINITELY stay here if the place is available! The pictures are spot on as far as the quality of the place...and LOCATION?!!! Well, you really can't get more central than this! It was perfect! Nearly all shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The remodeled bathroom was great and while we didn't bring the kids this time, the bunk beds are very cool and they will be put to use in the future! The kitchen is adequately stocked with the necessary tools (pots/pans) to make your stay not only more affordable than going out every night but very easy to cook. Susan made the arrangements (via email) and it went seamlessly and the directions to everything were again, spot on! If only they would let me give it 6 stars!

My girlfriend and I adored this lovely studio. It was beautifully decorated, had a great location, and had every amenity one could wish for--even an ironing board for waxing our boards! Moreover, the owner was super responsive and gracious. When we emailed her about rumors of possible road closures and the need to stay an extra night, she replied with info about the emergency equiment in the studio (in case of power outages, which are rare in Mammoth) and local men who could help us if we neeeded help. She also gave us detailed tips for installing chains in a protected area, keeping our car dug out and our windshield clear (with her shovels and scrapers), etc. I doubt anyone could find a nicer place or a more thoughtful owner, especially for such a reasonable price. Thanks, Susan! Debi, Carlsbad, CA

This was our first time in Mammoth- and arriving to find the condo exactly as advertised - no hitches - was a great blessing. All the directions received were correct and we were able to enjoy the great skiing and snowboarding without the hassle of additional hiccups. We especially loved the snowmobiles at the "Main Lodge". The condo is trendy and tastefully decorated and in an excellent location for grocery/restaurant/shopping purposes. The kids loved building their snow fort outside the balcony area (ground floor) and we were able to watch them from inside the warm condo (too cold to sit outside!) Lee, Temecula

Thank you for the use of your condo. We had a wonderful time and some good family bonding moments. The weather was fantastic for the first 3 days of skiing. This was our first time having a locker and now we won't ski again without one what a treat! I want to thank you for all the communication too. I did enjoy reading the article about you in the kitchen. Thank you again, Meaghan
Owner response:You are welcome, Meaghan. Glad you had a nice white Christmas in Mammoth!

What a great condo! We enjoyed our stay very much!! It was very romantic and we loved the comfortable setting you have created. Very cozy and warm using your great fire place... it was difficult to venture out in the chilly evenings. We will be back again soon! John S. Newport Beach, CA

Owner response:Thank you, John. Yes, New Year's Eve in Mammoth is nice...especially skiing/riding on New Year's Day--when the mountain is empty due to head aches from the night before-- or staying in to watch the Rose Bowl.

Hi, Susan! My husband and I rented your condo in Mammoth in the middle of December. I need to tell you how much we enjoyed ourselves! We loved your place and it was perfect for our 2 girls and us. Our children were so happy to see the snow! It was the very first time they have had a chance to experience a winter wonderland. We aren’t skiers, but we used some sleds and tromped around. We ate at The Stove for breakfast one morning – what a great place! We also had some Mexican food at that little A-frame restaurant nearby. We had our picture taken at the Christmas tree in the square, went to the bakery, and used the jacuzzi at night. How funny that was! It was 13 degrees outside, we drove down the parking lot, hopped out, and slid into that hot water. We were all laughing pretty hard. Your little condo was so cozy and comfortable. You decorate very well and the little cat paws by the bunk beds were great (we are big cat lovers). I can’t even tell you how much hot chocolate we drank. Anyway, I am glad I am finally telling you all of this!! We are hoping to make it a December tradition that we go to Mammoth. Thank you for everything!
