Completely remodeled very spacious 1940's cottage with dramatic views of Richardson (SF) Bay, Sausalito Yacht Harbor, Belvedere and Mount Tam. Walk to town -- movies, restaurants and shops only 3 blocks away, 10 min walk to Ferry to San Francisco, Fisherman's Wharf and Angel Island. Very Quiet -- a real tree top retreat.
Private Queen Bedroom with French Doors looking out to the water view, Spacious living room and separate dining / office area. Full kitchen with D/W, disposal, microwave -- done in Tuscan Terra Cotta tile and cherry cabinetry with breakfast nook.
Balcony deck overlooking the water, side patio with gas BBQ. Broadband internet, wi-fi, digital cable and stereo.
Please note: non-smoking only. The main entrance is 2 flights of stairs from the street -- kitchen door access (no stairs) also available through main house garden area.
Parking is not a problem. We are in a residential neighborhood on a Sausalito style cul-de-sac. There is no through traffic - only those of us who live here.

Stayed here for three nights in July, '10. Cannot imagine there is a better alternative in Sausalito for the price. The cottage is charming and perfectly furnished. The kitchen is wonderful, and everything worked flawlessly (wireless internet, cable, dvd player, washer/dryer, etc.). Owners are responsive and helpful. And you can skip the gym after climbing the front stairs. 10 out 10.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

A superb location with the finest views across the bay to Belvedere. All the facilities that any couple could want in this spacious & well appointed cottage. Close to Caledonia Street with its local cafes, shops & restaurants & its vibrant Memorial Day Music festival. Highly recommended.
