We love our townhome located on the 15th fairway of the Challenge Course, on a double fairway (36 holes total including the Championship Course).
If you do not already know about this incredible country club, we have the Platinum Membership that allows you and your family to enjoy all the facilities of the club.
We have 2 bedrooms (one king and one queen), two and one half bath, with the addition of a queen sofa bed. All amenities included. 42" flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and surround sound in the living area. TV's in all bedrooms. We also provide high speed DSL (WiFi) and HP printer, fax, scanner and copier combo for your use. The views of the mountains, sunsets, lakes and golf course are spectacular. This is a home that is set up for relaxation and fabulous entertaining. Golf, tennis, fitness and a world class spa.
The property is owned by a Southern California couple that takes pride in ownership. We want our guests to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in this beautiful setting!!!! A minimum 2 WEEK rental is required. NO CHILDREN OR PETS. Available from Jan. 2009 through April 2009.
