*If house is left clean and damage-free, The $300. security will be returned to the renter. If not, the $300.security deposit will be kept to cover the cleaning.
All Ocean Lakes guest must register their vehicle with Ocean Lakes. We will send you an "Express Check-in Form" when full payment is received. There will be a charge of $5.00 per day per car. This should be payable to Ocean Lakes
CHECK IN is 3:00 P.M. on Saturday and Check out is 11:00 A.M. on Saturday.
