Each bedroom has carpet, bathrooms with laminate, and great room/kitchen hardwoods. The house has Flat screen TV's in all rooms,
First Floor:
* Bedroom with a double bed, flat screen TV and adjoining bath.
* Complete Kitchen with all new appliances, stackable washer and dryer and garbage disposal. Kitchen has a 4 person bar that over looks into the great room and dining area.
* Great Room with Flat screen TV and DVD player
* Large deck for outdoor gatherings with 2 sets of deck furniture.
*Central Vac through out the house
Second Floor:
*Large master suite, with California king bed, private bathroom,closet,and private balcony.
*Bedroom 2, double/single bunk bed (Perfect for children)

WEEKLY RENTALS FOR 2009
*$300.00 Security Deposit is due 7 days after reservation to hold you reservation
*Balance is due 30 days prior to rental. (Cashier or Certified check ONLY)
*If house is left clean and damage-free, The $300. security will be returned to the renter. If not, the $300.security deposit will be kept to cover the cleaning.
All Ocean Lakes guest must register their vehicle with Ocean Lakes. We will send you an "Express Check-in Form" when full payment is received. There will be a charge of $3.00 per day per car. This should be payable to Ocean Lakes
CHECK IN is 3:00 P.M. on Saturday and Check out is 11:00 A.M. on Saturday.
