This unit has been stripped to the bare walls and floor. It is a second floor, top floor,corner unit . It is very convenient to parking, the steps and the beach. Among other things, this unit has new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, new 18" porcelain tile laid diagonally throughout. There is a new 42"HD plasma TV in the living room and a 32"HD LCD in the Bedroom. There is also a Blue Ray disc player.
If you are not familiar with Destin, this condo is in the Crystal Beach area, without a doubt one of , if not THE prettiest, and most convenient locations in all of Destin with all the shops and restaurants and entertainment you could hope for.It's very close to the MidBay Bridge. And let's not forget the beautiful white sand beach just across the street !
Even in the off season, Destin is a beautiful place and the weather is usually short sleeve or better !
