River Mountain Lodge is in the heart of Breckenridge. One can walk to the gondola or take the shuttle to the lifts and ski home. This unit has two bedrooms with king size beds, tv and private full bath in each. There is a loft area outside bedrooms with trundle bed, and third full bath on first floor. The master bedroom is quite large and has a small hot tub on balcony. The main floor has open kitchen,dining and living area with gas fireplace and another small balcony with table and two chairs.
There is cable tv, dvd player and wireless internet connection and washer and dryer. River Mountain Lodge has outdoor heated pool, hot tub, workout room with steam room and sauna, a cozy fireside lounge, and large underground parking. The shopping and restaurants are just a walk out the door.
Rates vary according to time of year. One week minimum stay. Preferential rate for long term summer rental. Perfect for someone wanting to escape summer heat and enjoy the amenities of great golf, hiking, biking and fishing.

Why the Owner Chose River Mountain Lodge
Breckenridge is the perfect place for a family vacaton and since we are all skiers the location of River Mountain Lodge to the mountain and town made sense to us. It has all the ameneties that you could possible need. The unit is not large but we are comfortable with six and very happy their even long term.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our family enjoys having their own hottub and using the larger ones on the property. The pool which is heated to 92 degrees is also a favorite with family and friends. We also enjoy going to the Fireside Lounge and playing darts and having a drink with BaBa.....everything is walking distance and we need almost never drive.
