This 9th floor condominium has the best unobstructed views of the sunrise and sunset in Majestic Sun. The sunset view is spectacular. This condo has FREE WIFI, a large flat screen TV and a blue ray player.
It has a 18 hole golf course, eight tennis courts, heated indoor/outdoor pool, workout facility and covered parking.
This one bedroom, two bath unit has a King-size bed in the master bedroom, twin bunks in the hall way and a queen sleeper.
The kitchen is completely supplied with everything you need.
The condo is located very close to the Silver Sands Outlet mall, Destin airport, Sandestin and The Whale's Tale.

We've stayed in several condos of this floorplan and what makes this one different is that you actually want to sit on the couch and actually use the dresser and bathroom cabinets as you do at home! It was nice to not have to live out of a suitcase! The tv ammenities (netflix, etc) came in handy for a rainy day or two when it was hard entertaining a 4 year old til it cleared up. We found the condo to be very kid friendly for our 1 year old, we had no problems at all with him getting around. I would have given this condo a 5 star, the only drawback is that the plastic finish on the cabinets are starting to come off, although you cannot tell from the outside until you open them, so it really isn't a big deal. We loved this condo, wished we could have stayed longer and will be back again. You just cannot beat a 9th floor view thats got garage parking and is right across from the beach! (P.S. Excellent management company too, have used them before and always very accomodating and easy to work with.)Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I will definitely stay here again. Very nice decor and very comfortable condominium.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
