We had a great week staying at this condo. The pictures and descriptions in this listing are very accurate. Bobby and Stephanie have a clean, well maintained rental. We had coffee on the balcony each morning while enjoying the sights and sounds of the Gulf. There are many restaurants to choose from in the area for delicious seafood but we also liked the full kitchen in the condo for the meals we ate there. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a selection of movies. We are very thankful for our stay in the warm south and for all Bobby and Stephanie do to make this an outstanding rental.

Condo was amazing. It had everything one could want and more making the trip to the beach all that more relaxing and comfortable (i.e. 2 large flashlights for nighttime searching of sand crabs, movies, books, kid movies, beach toys for kids, beach umbrella and chairs, fully furnished kitchen). Condo was in exceptional condition, cleaner than any hotel I've ever visited, and the awaiting fresh baked cookies made for a home-like experience. Thank you Garrisons for such a lovely experience.

WOW !! From the first moment of walking through the door our experience has been everything we could have possible hoped for...from the warm welcome to the wonderful flowers and not to mention the warm platter of homemade brownies. You make your guest feel right at home. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our trip. We are already talking about when we can return !! You trully thought of everthing when you set up your condo, I didn't feel as if I was staying in a hotel, I felt as if I was returning home each evening. Hope to see you again real soon !!

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in your lovely condo and found it to be everything we expected. There was nothing more we could have asked for. "Thank you" for your warm welcome. The brownies were delicious and the flowers were beautiful. It was like coming home. We hope we can return to Seacrest again in the future to enjoy the wonderful view, the beauty of the beach and the fine restaurants. It really was a great vacation.

jAs I was busy unpacking I just had to stop and write this review while everything was still fresh in my mind Bobby and Steph you should be very proud of how perfect your beautiful cottage is. Felt like I decorated it myself. Was just so homey. This is the first time we stayed somewhere away from Marco Is. where we owned for nearly 10 years. You proved I can be contented somewhere else. Thank You Bobby and Stephanie for everything! We had a wonderful vacation. We arrived to an spotless clean condo and warm brownies. This condo is the nicest place we have ever stayed. It beats Opryland hotel and any Disney Resort. The condo was equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. All you need to bring is your clothes because they have movies, toys, beach chairs, flashlights, books, floaties for the pool and every kitchen gadget you could ever need to prepare any kind of meal. We did not do a lot of cooking we enjoyed eating at all the restaurants. Desoto's, Lamberts, the Hangout, Oyster House, LuLu's and Franco's in Orange beach. Check out Scoops across the street for yummy treats. We loved swimming in the condo's pool and hot tub. It was open until 11 at night. The balcony overlooking the ocean was the most beautiful view. The kids wanted to eat breakfast on the balcony every morning. I loved sitting out there at night listening to the ocean in the lounge chair. My only regret is that we only took one week off of work. We would have loved to stay for two weeks. We can't wait to return to gulf shores and Sea Crest 906!

Best Vacation Ever

Bobby and Stephanie, Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo last week. We had the best time ever! You went above and beyond in making our visit to Gulf Shores very memorable. Your condo was perfect for our family of five (children 19, 15, 12). Our younger two children really enjoyed the bunk beds. Some of our favorites things about the condo: big selection of dvd's & books, beach chairs & beach umbrella, sand/pool toys, great binoculars, flashlights, cooking spices and utensils, washer & dryer, comfy sleeper sofa, amazing view from the balcony, and we even enjoyed putting together one of the puzzles. The condo has speedy elevators, a clean pool and hot tub (with bathrooms nearby), and it was also very peaceful when we were there. To future guests: Boudreaux’s Seafood Market (amazing steamed shrimp), Shake’s Frozen Custard and also a small grocery store are only a block away. We walked over there several times. With the current oil issue, we were very concerned about this vacation. But we're sooooo glad we didn't cancel. We truly had the most relaxing & fun family vacation we've ever had. This property is very clean, neat, has everything in stock that you need for a week at the beach. The bldg is clean and secure. The grounds are nice. The pool and hottub are clean and maintained well. The beach is great, kept clean and chair rental is available. I love being on the top floor. The Garrison's care about you having what you need and provide a wonderful vacation setting !

New counter tops and sink, upgraded stove, TV's, I don't know how you do it but the condo looks nicer each time we come down. Your condo is a perfect fit for us, you two always treat us like old friends visiting rather than renters and as they say in the credit card commercials is "Priceless" and just one of the many reasons we plan on returning as long as you will have us. Dear Bobby & Stephanie, Where do I begin? I can't thank you enough for the wonderful condo you supplied for our vacation. It was our first time to Gulf Shores - and with alot of apprehension we booked a condo with the Garrison's. Due to past expierences I was nervous about the condo. Will it be clean, comfortable, in a nice area and a host of other questions. Well it was EVERYTHING AND MORE! Not only was it clean and comfortable it had many extras to make us feel very welcomed. The Garrison's made our three year old grandson's first trip to the beach a very memorable one with all the toys, dvd's, flashlights and binoculars. So anyone who might be a little worried about booking for their first time, let me put your worries to rest! You will be very happy with this condo. We will definatley be back! After a 14 hour drive, what a pleasant surprise it was to walk into a unit that had so many extra touches! My kids loved the laffy taffy - thank you so much! Everything worked, very comfortable king size bed and overall your unit is excellent. The A.C. worked so well, we had to close some of the vents! If you wanted to really put the icing on the cake, upgrading the t.v. to a flat screen and maybe adding a rug in the hallway would do it. Thank you so much for the book with adds. Loved it all and highly recommend your unit to others! Thanks again!

We have really enjoyed our stay here. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and our first vacation as a family with our baby girl. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. James and I have enjoyed our week long vacation, would love to stay for 2 weeks, but work calls. This week has given us time to rest and just enjoy being by ourselves for a short time. I have had time to read, watch the ocean and to eat at a different place every day. I have had time to read some of the books, “In Touch” and to think about what’s really important to me. Thank you. This condo definitely contributed to our great vacation. It is not only clean and well-maintained, but the owners have added many features that make it welcoming and homey: a video and book library, a tab-divided information book, beach umbrella, and extra kitchen accessories such as a crock pot and grilling machine. The balcony and view couldn't have been better; we saw dolphins almost every day and viewed a breath-taking sunset. Location is great; the condo is close to the T and thus handy for heading to the outlets at Foley. Also very close is a great eating place: Desoto's Kitchen. Communication with owners was great; they are gracious and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay there again.

Dear Bobby and Stephanie,We’ve had a wonderful week. The condo is warm and homey because you’ve taken the time to prepare a welcoming place for your guests. Thank you for providing all the extra touches: the umbrella, books, movies, and compiled information book, to name a few. I read Lucado’s “Just Like Jesus” and part of his “He Still Moves Stones”. The view is wonderful. We saw dolphins on several days. We enjoyed eating at Oyster House, Shrimp Shack, Bahama Bob’s, and Desoto’s Kitchen; all were good, but we especially enjoyed DeSoto’s.We hope to return and stay again sometime. Thank You!

Well worth the drive to “Jessies”. We have had a great week thanks to the comfort and cleanliness of your place. The view is superb. The décor relaxing. We have shared your reservation card with another couple in the building at the same time as us. Cosmos is a must – we went at lunch. De Sotos continues to impress. Our golfing this week has been a real treat and a great experience for us. We really enjoyed the music at the Shrimp Festival and ate a “little” food. I don’t think small amounts is in the vocabulary down here. Saw dolphins on last day. Thanks again.

Bobby and Stephanie, Thanks for helping us enjoy our favorite kind of vacation. The relaxing at the beach kind. This is our first time back to Gulf Shores since Ivan and it’s better than ever. We spent most of our time on the beach (except for the stormy day). Did a lot of beach combing and walking. The “shrimp fest” was a great surprise. We are at “Cosmos” twice and love it. (We added a menu to your collection). It was great having the personal touch of actually meeting the owner. Hope to come back soon.

We enjoyed our stay in your condo while celebrating our 25th anniversary a little early. Your thoughtfulness exceeds any we have ever encountered while staying at the Gulf. With Ike pushing across the Gulf we have seen the largest waves ever and the water has completely covered the road in places. Best raw oysters at the Tin Top in Bon Secour and the price was great as well. The food was great as well at our old time favorite DeSotas. Thanks Much!

Funny how we were concerned about tropical storm Fay, but she went to our home while we enjoyed wonderful weather! We loved the condo! To all the guests—here are some recommendations:-Visit the lagoon 1 mile west on Beach Rd you can wade in the water for starfish, stingrays, crags and more- go on a calm day or there are lots of jellies!-Visit the Nature preserve, we saw alligators and its free!_The funny cars are a great way to drive around town and sightsee-Hazels café next to Walmart has an awesome breakfast buffet!-Desotos seafood restaurant was absolutely delicious and worth the wait!We hope to be back next year!

We loved your condo. Thank you so much to help make this a wonderful vacation for both of us. It exceeded our expectations and we hope to stay with you next year around this time. Gulf Shores is a wonderful place with a hometown feel. Food was incredible and the people are very friendly, but the view and being on the Gulf was the most wonderful. I was up and on the beach by 6:00 a.m. every morning just so I could soak in every sound, smell and feel. As I was drinking my coffee and taking in the sites from the deck this morning I got the rare opportunity to see a fox on the beach. I was able to snap a couple of pictures of it as it moved on down the beach. So it just goes to show you never know what you are going to see around here. Thanks again.

Bobby and Stephanie - We really enjoyed your condo. Thank you for letting us in early! We were anxious to get our R & R started. The weather was great! Storms came on the 5th day. However this gave our skin a break from the sun and we got some shopping done. We enjoyed the zoo! It was so peaceful and quiet. We felt like we were the only ones here at the beach/condo. Thank you so much for letting us in in the middle of the night. We love your place! It’s beautifully decorated and perfect for the two of us.Too bad the weather wasn’t cooperating.
