This third floor (via elevator from heated garage!), single level (yeah no stairs after a long day of skiing!), 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is professionally decorated featuring rustic architecture and has beautiful views looking up the mountain at a grove of aspen trees. With designer décor, and cozy furnishings, this home has an amazing charm that must be experienced to be fully appreciated.
Its open floor plan is loaded with upgrades like granite counter tops in both kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, soft water system, a jetted oval tub in the master bedroom, a gas fireplace, alder wood cabinets, central air conditioning and washer/dryer. This condo is located on the Third floor with elevator access and stairwells that lead to the heated garage with secure assigned parking and personal locked storage closet for skis and outdoor gear.
Sleeping accommodations include:
MASTER: King Bed, private bath with dual sinks, walk in shower and jetted spa tub, walk-in closet, large armoire with 45”TV/DVD, and views of aspen groves up the mountain
BEDROOM 2: Queen Bed, 24” TV, and DVD, shared bath
BEDROOM 3: Two extra long twin beds accommodate tall adults, shared bath, 24” TV and DVD
FAMILY ROOM: New Queen Sleeper sofa, 37”large screen HDTV, DVD
High-speed internet is available in the condo itself, so feel free to bring your lap-top computer.
Across the street is the village park and clubhouse. The clubhouse has an exercise room, fireplace, computer with high-speed internet access, locker-rooms and a community pool with hot tub. Another hot-tub is available to the Lodges guests, within the condo complex.
We are less than ¼ mile to the fantastic new shopping and dining area called Red Rock Plaza which includes Wild Oats Organic Store, Starbucks and other great shops, restaurants and movie theaters. Also close by is the huge Tangers Outlet Mall where you will find bargains in name brand sportswear, shoes, gifts, etc.

- $750 Refundable Security Deposit and 50% of the rental balance is due upon booking to secure reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
