Enjoy spectacular views from almost every room in the 5 bedroom main house. A newly constructed guest house has 2 of the 7 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. After a long day at the beach - you can relax in the new pool or jacuzzi, complete with a full bar/entertainment area featuring flat screen TV, outdoor kitchen, ping pong table, spacious sitting area and full bath.
Bedding: Main house - 2 King, 1 Double, 4 Twin; Guest house - 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Can be leased with or without the guest house. Cleaning fees will apply for both houses on all stays less than 7 days.
All rental properties are furnished, equipped and maintained according to owner's preference. All rental properties have central heat and air and fully equipped kitchens, telephones, DVD players, grill on premises and all linens are provided. All units are non-smoking.
We require a weekly minimum during the summer and a three to four day minimum in other seasons. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 4:00pm and end on the following Saturday at 10:00am. Rates are subject to change.

I am a single father with two daughters. We wanted to get away for the summer and try some place new. St. Simons Island was the perfect place for both generations! The house simply couldn't be better suited for a beach vacation. It is a quick and easy walk to the beach. My two daughters and I loved the place. It had a cozy yet beachy feel. The people who strolled and rode their bikes by couldn't have been friendlier. I want to go back. RIGHT NOW!

The house is absolutely fantastic. We were very impressed with the level of luxury and how comfortable everything was. The location was great! Close to the village and shops so we rented a golf cart which meant I didn't have to spend time in the car. We spent lots of time on the roof deck watching storms roll in. Great place to chill and have a cocktail. One of our best beach vacations ever!

It was perfect! Everything you could possible need was there, towels, sheets and other linens-everything was included. The view from the upstairs studio is just what you see on the advertisement a hop-skip-and jump to the beach. It absolutely requires a return visit in my opinion.

My husband and I had our first child a year ago and we decided that we wanted to take her on her first beach vacation. We invited both sets of grandparents and we thought they might like to see her on the beach for the first time. This house was perfect! It was more than enough room for everyone. It even had a guest house so that my husband and I could have nights alone, so the grandparents could have the main house, and spend the rest of our time as a family. There was a private pool and the view is amazing! It was like our family’s own personal getaway! I highly recommend the short drive to the village to shop and eat at the 4th of May. Our family had an amazing time! A+!

My extended family and I rent this house every year. St. Simons is the perfect getaway and the perfect place where we can all be together. Beautiful beaches, great golf courses, nice biking, wonderful shops, and amazing food. This house has amazing views and a private pool. It is the best of both worlds...seclusion when we want it and socializing when we don’t. St. Simons is low profile and has very friendly people. I look forward to this vacation every year.

We stayed here for my husband's 30th birthday and had a blast! Plenty of room and fantastic pool! The only negative is that the walk to the beach (which is directly behind the pool) is about a 5 minute walk through brush and sand burrs, so make sure to wear Tennis shoes and you can take them off once you get there!!
