Great view/location, condo needs polishing

This was our second time staying in the Pedegral (different condo). The view and location was great, the condo really nice, modern and clean. My only complaint is something nobody can control- the sun is behind the condo for the entire day, so the great balcony was kind of a waste because it was too cold to sit outside. Also, If I could make a few suggestions, a washer & dryer is a must, the kitchen should be better stocked, more towels are needed (I had to go buy facecloths), and the furniture and decor needs to be upgraded. Aside from these minor issues, the place is really nice and quiet and I would recommend it to others. Finally, Pedro (the condo manager) was excellent, he was very attentive, helpful and did a great job taking care of us. We will definitely be contacting him for our future visits to Cabo.
Owner response:Thank you for your feedback. Yes, the condo faces east so there is direct sun on the balcony in the morning and shade in the afternoon. In January or February the low may be 55 or 60 fahrenheit, but the shade is a blessing the rest of the year when it may be 80 in the shade and 110 in direct sunlight. If there is anything else needed in the kitchen, please contact me.

My husband and I just completed a month at this rental, and everything is as wonderful as it sounds. The location is perfect......in a gated secure community, just up the hill from Cabo. It is an easy walk to the shopping district, the beach or many great restaurants in the area. Shopping and laundry facilities are also close by, and the walk home helps burn off all that wonderful food & drinks. The condo itself is beautiful and spotless. The pools are kept up daily as well as the grounds. Everything you need is there, and the owner was fantastic in helping with everything from shuttles to dining tips. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental, and hope to be able to visit again soon. ENJOY !!!

I went there on march 09 during spring break and that was my best trip i ever had onto this wonderful vacation spot. On top of that the condo is extremly close to the town and had a great view to the city by seating at the patio couch also the kitchen had evevything that i need to cook a meal . Great place to stay and a reasonable price. I will go back again soon

This condo is absolutely stunning in every aspect, friendly tenant! This condo has all the accommodations needed to enjoy and relax. Waking up in the morning and stepping out in the balcony to view the sun rise was breathtaking. The balcony had a gorgeous view of Cabos and the Pacific. Elegant bathroom with marble finish was superb. The beaches were clean and untainted. Walking back to the condo was a breeze. The locals were extremely nice, and the food was nirvana. I will definitely head back to this condominium and every dollar spent was well worth it! –Tom.
