Naples is an exclusive city in Florida on the Golf of Mexico. The Downtown area of Naples is 10 driving minutes away from the house. Naples is a safe, clean city with lots of exclusive restaurants, Cafés and Shopping.
The house is located in a community called "Crown Point" on Davis Blv.Right next to the community is a big supermarket "Publix" located, as well as other small stores. The Community itself has a clubhouse with a big heated pool overlooking a beautiful lake and a tennis court. There is also a Gym.
The house is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood surrounded by nature. The house is just been completely renovated, the kitchen and the bathrooms are completely new. The house has wood cabinetry and granite countertops and new appliances. The house has wooden/tile floor and high ceiling in the living, dining, kitchen and master bedroom. The house is decorated in an elegant style. The house also has its own pool (14'x28')with Solar Heater and with a sunny, big Lanai. There is wireless internet available.
