Located on Prospect Mountain on a ridge overlooking the village of Hill City. The decks offer spectacular views of the town and surrounding mountain vistas. Built in 2006, this has become a favorite setting for motorcyclists, Corvette and vintage car owners due to paved roads to the doorstep and a double car garage. Also, a perfect spot for family reunions.
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms on each side make this townhome popular for couples traveling together as well as family groups. The front decks off the kitchen and dining areas can be opened for large groups sharing both sides, or locked for privacy. Private hot tub on each side.
The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom; the other two bedrooms have a queen bed each. Ample closet space!

Off Season .... $125-$180/night (depends on number of unlocked bedrooms used).
One time cleaning fee of $75. Pro rated for smaller groups in the off season.
8.5% tax
You will be asked to sign a hot tub use agreement with credit card guarantee
against damages.
Deposits with a 2 month cancellation notice are required. All cancellations
are charged a $35 fee.

We took a family vacation over the 4th of July 2010. We stayed at the gold mill townhouse. We were very impresed with the town house. It was just as they decribed it in the information. We liked that it had 3 bed rooms and that workd great since we had 4 adults and 4 children with us. The children had room to run around the house and we could see the 1880 train from our deck and we even seen a deer from the front deck. We were with in walking distance of downtown Hill City. We have already booked our family vacation for summer of 2011 again at the gold mill. We really liked that you felt like you were at home even though you were'nt. We would recommend this to our family and friends if they are traveling out to the Black Hills. We will definatly be back many more times.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
