Located on Prospect Mountain on a ridge overlooking the village of Hill City. The decks offer spectacular views of the town and surrounding mountain vistas. Built in 2006, this has become a favorite setting for motorcyclists, Corvette and vintage car owners due to paved roads to the doorstep and a double car garage.
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms on each side make this townhome popular for couples traveling together as well as family groups. The front decks off the kitchen and dining areas can be opened for large groups sharing both sides, or locked for privacy. Private hot tub on each side.
The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom; the other two bedrooms have a queen bed each. Ample closet space!
