Accommodations: This unit is situated within a few yards of the New Gondola and High Speed Quad Lift. It is as close as you can get, enabling you to return to your condo for lunch and go back out for more skiing. The Keystone Ski School and Day Care Center are within a couple yards.
This is a great unit with a great view of the River Run Plaza. There is a king bed in one bedroom, a captain's bunk (Queen on bottom/double bed on top) in the second bedroom and a pull out couch in the living area. This condo is adjacent to the washer/dryer for great convenience. There is a heated outdoor pool with hot tubs, shops, restaurants, and events in the Village. There is underground parking and an elevator.
Activities:
Winter: Downhill skiing, night skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, ice skating, tubing, snowmobiling, Snowcat skiing, ice fishing and horseback riding.
Summer: Hiking, Biking, Mountain Biking, white water rafting, kayaking, sailing, boating, golf, tennis, fishing, and horseback riding. There is also a huge outlet center approximately 7 miles away in Dillon.
Rental Terms:
1/2 of total stay deposit is required upon booking and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Refund of 1/2 of total stay if cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival and no refund if cancelled within 21 days of arrival. A damage deposit of $200 is required, which will be returned after check-out minus any missing items of damage charge.
