If you and your family enjoy the beach and the ocean, golfing outside the gate on the numerous courses within a few miles of the gate, we will discount any summer/fall week to $800, plus SC tax. You cannot beat this price for a three bedroom, two bath cottage situated on the golf course. You will have the use of the new property owner's pool and community center for $10/day/family, additionally you have use of the indoor pool and fitness center for $10/day/person.

Seabrook Island, a coastal barrier island, is a private, gated community, 22 miles from historic Charleston, SC. (Travel+Leisure 2004 Top Destinations in the US and Canada - ranked #4!!) The island covers 2200 wooded acres, with three and one half miles of wide, sandy, uncrowded beaches, lots of places for biking, fishing, crabbing and dolphin watching.

For discerning visitors, the choice is clear - a little less crowded, quieter, and more residential in character, Seabrook's lush, maritime forest and fascinating ecological balance have never been compromised.

Seabrook is an unspoiled island paradise that is home to a spectacular range of wildlife and a thriving ecosystem. Its three-and-one-half miles of pristine natural white-sand beaches have been ranked one of the top ten beaches in the United States. Seabrook Island has also been appointed as a natural wildlife preserve. This allows guests to observe many species of regional inhabitants including loggerhead turtles, dolphins, deer, and the assortment of marsh wildlife. There are many rivers, marshes, and tidal creeks for kayaking, nature observation, and dolphin sightings. Even in the winter (average temperatures still in the 50s) the golf courses are open and the wide beaches are wonderful for brisk walks.

Our "Low Country" cottage is situated on the seventh hole of the world-famous Ocean Winds Golf Course. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, the cottage has three bedrooms (queen, full, and two twins) and two baths. A large furnished screened-in porch affords many relaxing hours reading or watching the "duffers." The cottage will accommodate a maximum of six comfortably.

  • We rented this great Tarpon Pond for our family. It was perfect...well equipped and a perefectlocation...we could bike ride or walk to the pool or the beach. Everyone lived on the screen porch. You will never have a better choice of a rental or Seabrook as a vacation spot.

  • This was our second visit. We spent three weeks and never lacked for things to do. The golf, tennis and horseback riding are just a small part of the fun. As well as walking on the beach and watching the dophins play we enjoyed the two nature trails on the island. The cottage is well equiped and very convenient for a pleasant relaxed stay. Enjoy

  • Excellent vacation. The weather was beautiful, warm and no rain. Your place had room for the six of us with no problem. The house was great, very nice setting on the golf course. We would recommend your place. Kitchen was well equipped. Enough hot water for everyone. Used the loft for sleeping. Used the grill 3 times. We rented some bikes and rode all over the island. Went to Charleston one night.

  • My family just returned from our third stay at 510 Tarpon Pond cottage. It's our very favorite place to stay at the beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch, watching the wildlife, bike riding, walking on the beach and visiting the pool. My daughter enjoys horseback riding and that was part of the reason for our first visit to Seabrook. This is such a peaceful place. I'm already looking forward to our next visit.

  • We had a ball! Slept late, then, over breakfast, we would watch the golfers pass by on the 7th fairway. Did one of the house tours in Charleston, which really gives one a great appreciation for the culture and history of this great city. Played golf at both Seabrook and Kiawah, and had a wonderful dinner at Chez Fish, not far from Seabrook. Loved the breathtaking views over the marshlands.

  • I had the wonderful pleasure of spending a relaxing week at this cottage with my family over Easter Break. It is charming, well equipped and conveniently located. Seabrook is one of my favorite places and we plan visit again and rent this lovely unit.
