Ariel Dunes is the newest resort in Destin along Old 98. Our 2BR/2BA with bunk room has been professionally decorated for your vacation enjoyment and now includes Wifi! Our 10th floor unit provides outstanding views of the sugar white sand and emerald green water of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico--the prettiest beaches in the US! Located at Seascape Resort, the location is in the midst of everything--beach, restaurants, shopping--close to everything.
Ariel Dunes has two pools in excess of 11,000 square feet, one heated and one with water features such as a mushroom fountain, sprinklers and overflows.
Inside the condominium you will find a luxurious unit with many upgrades. The unit has nine foot ceilings, crown molding, tile throughout the living area and plush carpeting in the bedrooms. There are raised panel kitchen cabinets with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The appliances include a 26 inch side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven and built in microwave. The kitchen has been fully supplied with all utensils, plates, cookware and appliances required. A washer and dryer are also included for laundry purposes.
The living room is nicely appointed with a sleeper sofa, two chairs, ottoman, end tables and a large entertainment center with a 42 inch LCD TV with home theater and DVD player. There are eight foot sliding doors and fixed glass to give you a HUGE view of the beach. On the balcony there are two chaise lounges, table and four chairs and electric BBQ grill.
The dining area has a large table with six chairs and the breakfast bar seats two also.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, two night stands, chair and dresser with an LCD TV with DVD player. Large sliders and fixed glass provide a wonderful view of the beach, with access to the balcony. The master bath has double vanities, separate shower and a garden tub so you can soak and see the beach!
The second bedroom features a queen size bed with night stands and a desk with another LCD TV with DVD player. You have private access to the second bath, or you can enter from the hallway.
The bunk room features two twin size bunks and dresser with TV/DVD. Kids can enjoy their favorite movies while relaxing in bed.
Seascape Resort offers so much!! An 18 hole golf course with pro shop, convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of sugar white sand with beach service in season. There are eight tennis courts, five additional pools, on-site Conference Center, several fresh water lakes, the Whales Tail Beach Bar and Grill directly on the beach with restrooms, and water sports rental. The latest addition to Ariel Dunes is the Cabana Cafe across from the lobby where you can get a quick sandwich at lunch or a fine meal at night and a fitness center on the first floor by the pool.
