  We had the opportunity to rent this three bedroom condominium over Christmas (2012) for a week and absolutely loved it! There were 5 (2 Adults & 3 children) staying in the condo and we found it to be as comfortable and spacious as being at home. We had everything we needed PLUS breathtaking views! (Pictures don't do it justice). This condo was located on the 10th floor with direct (unobstructred) views of the beach / ocean. In addition, given the three bedroom configuration we were able to watch sunrise and sunset! Even though we were here during the offseason (December) and the temperatures were in the mid-50's / low-60's, our youngest (age 7) had no problems getting into the ocean, as the temps were in the low - mid 60's. Once out of the ocean, it was a short stroll to the heated pool and jacuzzi's. WE took full advantage. We would recommend having a vehicle (lots of commercial establishments - grocery store, gas station, shopping, restaurants within 5 minutes by car); however, did find their were places to eat within walking distance, and took full advantage of the beautiful white sandy beaches to find our way to a local establishment to enjoy breakfast on the water. In addition to having a nice, accessible beach which is easy to walk / run on, the beach front road is also safe to walk or bike on, as the sidewalks provided for lots of space. We would highly recommend staying here regardless of the time of year, as we found the owners to be easy to work with . In addition, the beds were comfortable (2 kings & 2 doubles), plus a pull out couch, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, washer & dryer, and nicely furnished throughout. To top the stay off, we found their weekly prices to be the most competitive in the area for a oceanfront property. It didn't feel like a rental!

• Great place in Mirimar Beach

  We stayed at this ocean front condo for three months December to end February 2012. It is truthfully represented by the photos and I was advised by the owner that new furniture is going into the living room after we leave. The view is exceptional from the tenth floor directly looking out over the ocean and beach. There are TVs in every room and a new shower in the 3rd bedroom that is capable of being totally separate with an adjoining door. The building is meticulously clean, the pools are heated all winter (not many in Destin are) and the condo itself is clean as well. The location is great. There are restaraunts, grocery and liquor within walking distance. The Cabana Cafe in the building behind Surfside is great. The outlet mall with tons of stores have great deals and is about a mile away. Being on the tenth floor can be a little windy but worth it for the views. Great place. Can't go wrong.

  This place was awesome. My family of 8 spent the week of thanksgiving 2011. The place was in middle of everything. The place had great views from every room. Everything in kitchen u could ever need. There were grills in the premises as we grilled steaks one night. The balcony was the best as we had our thksgiving feast on the balcony. The owner, Cindy, was great to work with. We will be back. Thks Cindy !!

  The condo was super clean, the balcony was great, really furnished nice. I would highly recomend this to anyone. We had the best view of everything. We plan to come back soon. Thanks for working with us Cindy!!

  We stayed in this unit in May of 2010 and it was amazing! The views are incredible and the layout of this unit is great. We traveled with two young kids myself and my husband and then my parents stayed in the King lockout. It was nice because the living area is so spacious you don't feel like you are on top of each other. Also, Cindy was amazing to work with. We were her first renters and everything went very smooth.
