Our home is conveniently located in a popular and exclusive community by interstate highway I-4, It is less than 10 minutes to the main gate of Disney World, 1 mile from Champions Gate Golf Resort, Reunion and shopping center. With only 1 mile from the Intestate highway I-4, it gives quick and easy access to other attractions.
The home has two master en-suites with its own private bathroom, one with king-size bed and one with queen-size bed, two guest rooms with two twin beds in each, and a queen size sofa sleeper. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. The pool face the conservation site providing a peaceful and elegant view.
Beautiful fully fenced yard facing conservation site, it provides the peaceful and elegant view. Enjoy the screened large heated pool. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence.
The kitchen is fully equipped plus BBQ grill, you can eat and cook like you are at home. Bed linens, towels are provided. Crib, high chair and stroller are available without extra cost for your convenience. Washer and dryer are in separated room. Cable TV, DVD, VCR, Game room, Game cube with games. Local phone calls are free. High speed Internet with is free of use in the property.
The villa is managed by a professional local management company with a 24/7 emergency telephone number.
