Enjoy 5000 sq. ft. of space, which includes a detached pool house with fifth bedroom, full bath/shower, large screen cable TV, and an additional kitchen.
There is plenty of space for entertaining indoors and out. A large patio surrounds lighted swimming pool for special occasions; two gas grills are available, as well as patio table for dining. Day or night, entertain in the bright sun room overlooking the pool.
A formal dining room seats six to eight and the breakfast area seats six. Each bedroom in the main house has a ceiling fan and DSL cable internet/TV accessibility. The owners have air beds for a few additional guests. Linens and towels are available for guests.
Relax with a game of pool on the standard size pool table, bring your video game unit and games to play on the plasma TV (cable with HBO), read a book, or exercise on the treadmill in the game room. The downstairs den has a 50-inch HDTV (cable with HBO), blue ray DVD, CD, and surround sound entertainment system.
