This spacious 3 level home features on the main level a large living (meeting) room with a wood burning fireplace and a large kitchen with granite counter tops and all new appliances. It also features a large dining room area and amenities such as a breakfast bar, wireless high speed internet, 46” LCD TV/VCR/DVD in living room. Theater room with 60" LCD TV.
On this main level of the house is master bedroom #1 with king bed and private bathroom.
On the upper level there is
a master bedroom #2 with king bed and private bath,
a master bedroom #3 with queen bed and loft with two tween beds has a private full bathroom),
a master bedroom #4 just like #3 is with queen bed and loft with two tween beds and full bathroom,
a master bedroom #5 with queen bed and full bathroom (which is shared with bedroom #4),
On the lower level there are the hot tub room, a safe sauna, one playroom with a pool / ping pong tables, theater room with 60" LCD TV, three bedrooms (#6, #7, #8) and a full bath with separate shower, sink and toilet.
Bedroom #6 has a king and bedroom #7 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #8 has two twin beds.
All rooms have hardwood floors or tiles. Washer, dryer, barbecue and a 8 car flat paving parking space round out the rest of the amenities.

Mini Academy Reunion Success

I rented this home for a New Year reunion with Academy classmates, friends and family. Zibi and his wife made the whole rental process smooth and easy. The house itself is beyond words-awesome. The teenage boys we had on the trip loved the basement configuration with the large screen 3D TV -- it was their man cave. All the bedrooms were spacious as were the bath rooms. The large living room allowed us to watch all the 2011 BCS bowl games with a fairly large crowd~15 in great comfort. The large kitchen and dinning area was great for when we hired a private chef to cook for the group. Each day after skiing we relaxed in the large Jacuzzi. The place is very well decorated, configured to support large groups, even those with young families (which we didn't have) but the loft kid bedrooms upstairs above the third floor bedrooms suites and the twin beds downstairs next to the man cave make this place ideal for families as well as adult groups as we had. Plenty of extra towels, sheets, linens, blankets, pillows -- we wanted for nothing during our stay. Trust me, you won't mind the very short drive into town. We parked 6 large SUVs out front with plenty of room. Bottom line: I assessed 4 other properties before selecting this place. The extra work was worth the effort. We all loved our accommodations and the friendliness of our owning family. Zibi will walk you thru the house and show you how to work everything--where everything is. He left no detail uncovered. We will return again next year for our annual trip to Breckenridge as these accommodations helped us to celebrate the new year in style, comfort, and with a lot of fun! You won't regret staying here. In fact, you'll thank me afterwards! Enjoy.
