Relax, unwind, get away, play,sun, swim, boat, explore, hunt, snowmobile, reunite, or just sleep in among 60 foot 150 year old whispering pines. This home built in 2006 is clean and spacious. Watch eagles, fish off the dock, sit on the deck or around a crackling campfire, with the moon and the stars overhead. 1200 acres of water await your splash. We provide a 2400lb. boat lift. Some of the nicest northern black crappies are found here. Take a walk in the forest. Trails for biking, walking, snowmobiling, abound. Restaurants like the Bungalow are accessible by boat. The Village Inn, The Narrows, and Granny's, are nearby with great food. The antique capital of the world is just a short drive into Crosby. Cross Lake is just 12 beautiful minutes away with gift shops, window shopping and touristy things to do. Nisswa is the tourist shopping king of the area.
Snowmobiling is king in the winter, with the heart of the northern trails beginning in Emily and right out our back door.
ATV trails also provide outstanding riding, more are in development every year.
The three levels of the house give you great separation, privacy, and multiple things to do. There are two gas fireplaces to cozy up to. A pool table, electronic darts, ping pong in the garage, and entertainment center in the walk out basement. There are 2 King size bedrooms with TV and cable, 2 Queen size bedrooms, one with a twin extra bed. A loft with 2 Queen beds, a Queen pull out sofa and a triple bunkbed fulfill the sleeping requirements for at least 16 people. 4 bathrooms 3 with bathing, and a master suite laundry and a lower level laundry, give you more than the comforts of home.
A fire pit with seating, and a pontoon for rent pretty much keeps you outside where the true north touches the soul.
Pack light. Come and here the wind whisper through the pines, the gentle waves against the shore and a step back into time where things are much simpler and back to nature. The people of the Emily area are the nicest friendliest people bar none.

We love the Emily, Cross Lake, Fifty Lakes area, clean water, variety of fishing lakes all within 15 miles, and the most awesome snowmobile and ATV trails in Minnesota. The local residents are second to none. Friendly and accommodating. Freedom, open space and natural beauty of the forests and wildlife abound in this are. If peace, fun and tranquility becomes just to for you to take, you can drive 32 miles and be back into the concrete and hustle. But Why?????????????

We built our retirement home in 2006 big enough to enjoy family and friends. We may have over done the size as the economy took a dive, so did our ability to use it every weekend. We are not of retirement age as of yet, so we would like to invite you to share our home and to be honest with you, help pay for it.

We had a wonderful winter getaway at Majestic pine we had 14 people and were all very comfortable. We really liked that there was plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we will again be booking next year

Hi Keith, We very much enjoyed our stay at your two lake homes. We decorated the garage at Lake Mary for our daughters wedding reception. Then continued the week with our family reunion, using the Roosevelt lake house for over flow. Between your two lake homes we had 22 people. It all worked out perfect. THANK YOU John D.

We (7 woman on yearly "girls weekend")totally enjoyed renting this home. (Nov.12-15th 2009) The home is as beautiful as the pictures show. Great views. Plenty of sleeping room. We had a GREAT time at your lake home. Your home is beautiful, and we thank you for sharing it with us. The fishing was great also. We caught more crappies in the few days that we were there than we have in a very long time. I even caught one that was a pound! I also caught two northern. One was around 13-15 pounds (that one we got in the boat...but released). The other one was even bigger, but as he came to the surface and rolled, he broke my line....what fun!! The three of us had a ball fishing!! So again, thank you, to both you and your wife. We haven't felt that relaxed in a very long time. Thank you, The Gorski Family

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We brought our entire family of 13 adults and 3 small children for a family vacation. The age range was 71 down to 2 months old.This house is so accommodating that you don’t know how many people are contained within. The home is spacious and perfect for families of any size or just the girls get-away.There is enough space that you can hide away and read a book, watch a movie, sit outside and listen to the loon’s call or watch an eagle circle by. The lake is a quiet retreat that helped us relax to the point of not wanting to return to our hectic work lives. It is so much better than going to a hotel because you are staying at a home, which is very inviting yet top of the line. The owners have addressed every creature comfort needed for a carefree stay. Thank you for allowing us to come into your home. Renting is definitely the way to vacation up North in Minnesota!

What an awesome vaction home on a beautiful lake. It was perfect for my family & my sister's family. We had a great time fishing, swimming & tubing on Lake Mary. It is a beautiful boat ride to the other river. We had fun playing pool in the evenings and when it rained. There was plenty of room for both families with grown children and their significant others. I don't think you can find a better place to relax & have a wonderful vacation! Thank you!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Even though it was March and we couldn't do all the fun lake things and have a fire in the fire pit, we had things to do inside and just enjoyed the relaxation. The house is so spacious and welcoming. Renting is such a great way to vacation and have quality family time. Thank you for the use of your home!
