Beautiful, new 3,000 square foot mid-rise condominium (our unit is on the 5th of 6 floors) overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and wildlife estuary. We have a very open floor plan that is ideal for family entertaining. Brand new appliances, granite counter tops, jacuzzi bath --everything is new. The lanai overlooking the water is huge (400 square feet) and is perfect for sunsets or morning coffee!
There are 3 bedrooms (one with King, one with Queen, one with twin beds), 2 full and 1 half baths. There are 2 huge walk-in closets, a large laundry room, spacious kitchen and open dining/great room. (The Master walk-in closet...10x12...is large enough for a crib.)
We have an enormous pool and hot tub with a lovely cabana that is perfect for afternoon naps. Our community's boat captain will take you to the private beach where chairs and other ammenities are provided.

15 minutes from Ft. Myers International airport and 4 minutes from Coconut Point shopping complex.
