Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2004
Joe and Lisa Franco own two rental properties in Dennisport MA, and currently reside in a 200 year old home in the historic district of Cheshire, CT. Joe is a HR manager at ESPN and Lisa is a communications and marketing specialist. We stay at the condo in the off season and as our second home, want it to be as comfortable for our guests as it is for us!
Why the Owner Chose Dennis Port
Dennisport is in a central location, close to all areas of the Cape and surrounded by great restaurants, beaches and activities. Lisa has been vacationing at the Cape for many years and convinced Joe to buy a property on Old Wharf Road. This property came on the market about a year later and we fell in love with its potential and charm!

It was like being at home away from home. This was one of the nicest vacations we've had. The Cape is wonderful. The room was quaint and perfect to return to. Seal watching, whale watching, kayaking - it was great!

We had a great time in Cape Cod! We enjoyed staying in your cute condo. We got to use the grill every day to prepare fresh seafood and had our first whole lobster! What a great first vacation on the Cape!

Everything was absolutely perfect - even the weather. The Last Resort Too is so adorable and charming. It was the perfect way to spend our mini-honeymoon! I can't wait to come back to the Cape again!
