Why the Owner Chose West Palm Beach
I purchased the property for my personal use, as we were living in the Bahamas and I needed a place to stay for shopping. When I moved my children over for school, the condo no longer met our needs so we purchased a home. The condo was furnished for my personal comfort and I extend all of these luxuries to my guests.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The condo is quiet and relaxing. All of the public amenities are at the front of the complex, pool, bbq, billiards, gym and sauna. The condo is to the rear, very private and very quiet with peaceful garden view. Your parking space is on the same level as the condo so there is no long walk from your car to the condo.
