Full eat-in kitchen, dining room, and living room with cozy furniture and fireplace on the main level.

Three bedrooms on upper level:

-Master suite has a KING bed and full bath and corner windows with views of the pines on this extra large back yard.
-Second bedroom has a QUEEN bed and a great view of the San Francisco Peaks.
-Third bedroom has a BUNK bed with DOUBLE bed on the bottom and TWIN on top and the same great view of the San Francisco Peaks.

Lower level media room has a TV with DVD/VCR/Stereo half bath and laundry. High speed internet access included. Gas barbecue grill on back patio outside of the kitchen on the main level. Two car garage with room for RV parking on side of driveway.

This beautiful Flagstaff home is three miles west of Downtown Flagstaff and five minutes to Snowbowl turnoff. Located near arguably the best mountain bike and hiking trails in Arizona. Flagstaff Nordic Center for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snow play. Enjoy a few days or an extended stay and partake of all that Flagstaff has to offer.

From the very quiet neighborhood, to the great mountain views, to the nicely appointed house (interior colors, the fixtures, etc.), we found everything as advertised on your website -- no surprises.   • This was our first experience with renting a vacation home and what a positive experience it was. The home was very nice and was well stocked with everything we needed. We especially liked the location to downtown and snowbowl. When we go to Flagstaff again we will definately stay here.

  • Wonderful house! Nicely decorated with a great family-friendly layout. My preschoolers loved exploring the backyard. We had a blast riding our bikes downtown, and enjoyed the neighborhood playground.

  • My family and I enjoyed our stay at your home. It was elegantly and simply decorated with very comfortable rooms. We were surprised by how nice the accomodations were when we arrived. Beautiful back yard. So convenient to the Grand Canyon, Indian ruins, hiking and mountain biking trails. We will definitely return.
