Beautiful home nicely decorated with plenty off rooms and relaxing areas. We had a great New Years and its just 5 minutes from AZ Snowbowl Ski Area. Worth the money. C.I.

We took our kids snow boarding after Christmas and stayed here. When we first walked in the door we were so surprised at the spaciousness of all the rooms! The three kids stayed in the bedroom with the bunk beds which fit two below and one above. We also had room for our adult children and a couple friends. We stayed in the master bedroom which had an awesome kingsize bed. The kitchen was well equipped and all the shelves were nicely labelled. We enjoyed the fireplace along with the keyboard which was setup next to the Christmas tree. Very Clean Home and nicely decorated. Thanks for everything! We'd highly recommend this home for anyone interested in a vacation in Flagstaff.

This rental experience was great (and easy!) from start to finish. The house was even better than we hoped and the fireplace was super-cozy! All in all, as someone who has stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, this was exactly what we were looking for ... a great place to relax with family.

Great time at the Mountain View Vacation Home

We had a great family vacation in Flagstaff this April. The home is very comfortable, clean, pretty and worked perfectly for our group of 6 people. The neighborhood is convenient to the highway and all the local amenities and sights. We especially enjoyed our evening trip to the Lowell observatory which was a new stop for us. The homeowner did a terrific job in handling the whole transaction, answering our questions, and was timely and friendly in all communications. We would certainly want to stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay in Flagstaff, and the house was great. We loved being close to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, and what an awesome view of the San Francisco peaks right out the front window!! Thanks for the wonderful accomodations...we hope to be back soon!

The location, size, cleanliness and beauty of this house helped to make our Christmas vacation 2009 one of the most pleasurable and memorable ever! We were 20 min from fun skiing in Snowbowl one direction and 20 from beautiful movie theaters and great restaurants in central Flagstaff the other, 30 min from cross-country skiing at Nordic Center, and 60 from the Grand Canyon. Our three large boys, 19, 21, 23 had their own beds while my husband and I enjoyed a fabulous king-sized bed and private bathroom. Add to that a crew that shoveled our driveway, a garage with an automatic opener, comfy couches and fireplace for reading, etc, everything in the house new/clean, and a backyard with a slope that allowed our construction of an amazingly exciting, long and private slide and snowperson, and I think you will understand some of the potential of this house. I am glad the TV was on the bottom level of this 3 level house because it was a little too cold there for the men to watch so we did a 2000 piece puzzle on the cozy 2nd level instead which brought our family together in a fun way even more than usual. Thank you!

We spent a wonderful Christmas weekend at this home. There was tons of snow, and our kids had a great time sledding right in the backyard. The beds were comfortable, and we found everything we needed for cooking, laundry, etc.

Owner response:The back yard is not ideal for sledding. There are large boulders and trees. I believe Jill had several feet of snow!

We enjoyed our stay on Peak View Street. From the very quiet neighborhood, to the great mountain views, to the nicely appointed house (interior colors, the fixtures, etc.), we found everything as advertised on your website -- no surprises. This was our first experience with renting a vacation home and what a positive experience it was. The home was very nice and was well stocked with everything we needed. We especially liked the location to downtown and snowbowl. When we go to Flagstaff again we will definately stay here.

Wonderful house! Nicely decorated with a great family-friendly layout. My preschoolers loved exploring the backyard. We had a blast riding our bikes downtown, and enjoyed the neighborhood playground.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at your home. It was elegantly and simply decorated with very comfortable rooms. We were surprised by how nice the accomodations were when we arrived. Beautiful back yard. So convenient to the Grand Canyon, Indian ruins, hiking and mountain biking trails. We will definitely return.
