The Gold Creek Building(unit 306), sits at 8600 feet, less than 100 yards from the 67 trails of the Angel Fire Ski Resort with *30 NEW TRAILS OPENING SOON* and 2 miles from the PGA golf course with *BRAND NEW COUNTRY CLUB NOW OPEN*. Located across the street from the Resort lodge and its activities. Angel Fire resort is the only New Mexico ski resort with 2 hi-speed quad lifts.
Located 15 hours from Phoenix, 9 from Dallas, 10 from Oklahoma City, 6 from Lubbock, 5 from Amarillo or Denver, 3 from Albuquerque, 90 minutes from Santa Fe, and 30 minutes from Taos, NM. This 1600 square feet condo is ideal for the large or extended family and is a vacation rentals by owner. A private skier's locker is downstairs near building entrance. The Gold Creek Condo Building is one of the most sought after locations in the Angel Fire Resort and this large unit is one of the most requested in the building. This Condo unit contains a washer & dryer as well as the building having a laundry room. A *NEW 32" LCD HDTV in Great Room was installed August, 2008. TV's are now located in all bedrooms. Both BATHROOMS have been COMPLETELY RENOVATED during 2008 with new tiled floors, faucets, fixtures, and bathtub.
The main floor of this vacation rental contains, in addition to the kitchen and great room, the first master bedroom with a king bed and a cable TV/DVD/VCR combination unit and a newly renovated bath. The upper floor contains two bedrooms, the second master bedroom with another king bed, Cable TV, and DVD and the other with two bunk beds, TV, and VCR, as well as a loft with 2 twin bed, a newly renovated bathroom, and the washer/dryer.
All bed and bath linens are supplied. Pets are NOT allowed. No Smoking. Many extra amenities.
Prime season is the ski season, but summers are wonderful. Don't miss the Fall Golden Aspens, World-Class downhill mountain biking and white water rafting for all ages and levels of expertise. Breath-taking ski lift rides and the summit restaurant is open daily during the summer.
This fully-equipped vacation home (condominium) needs only you and some grub to complete this outstanding mountain hideaway. At nearly 9000 feet, the views are excellent.
Angel Fire Ski Resort is a family-oriented ski area with a large percentage of blue(50%) and green(25%)trails. Included is a world-renowned Children's Ski Center.

My family of 5 and my sister's family of 4 had a wonderful time during our stay from Dec 2011-Jan 2012. The condo accommodated all of us quite comfortably and the proximity to Angel Fire skiing can't be beat. The ladies at Prudential made check in/check out so convenient and answered any questions we had as well as suggestions on dining and other activities. The management on property was also very helpful with parking. We would definitely stay here again!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
