This charming 3 bedroom house is a 5 minute walk to beautiful Scarborough State Beach. The house is located at the end of a quiet road adjacent to wooded area which lends itself to a private, peaceful atmosphere. Large, private back yard can easily accommodate volley ball or badminton nets. Picnic table and lawn chairs available as well as beach chairs. Gas grill/cooking area. Great setting for family with children.
House has 3 bedrooms, each with a full size bed that sleeps two, linens and towels included, closets and dressers in each room. Washer/dryer closet in one bedroom. Enclosed outside shower in addition to full bathroom in house.
Open kitchen/living area, lots of kitchen cabinets and additional sun room with TV/DVD, great for relaxing at night or having coffee in the morning. Furnished as a second home.
Walk to all surrounding beaches, bike to Pt. Judith lighthouse, 10 minute drive to Block Island Ferry, 25 minute drive to historical Newport, Rhode Island, 40 minute drive to historical Providence, Rhode Island. Tennis courts and basketball courts very close by. Lots of activities and sightseeing in area.
