My family and I stayed here over Spring Break and had so much fun! The condo was clean and had everything you could need - even filters for the coffee maker and skewers for the BBQ grill! It was a pleasant surprise to find beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys for use during our stay. That saved us at least $45 a day! The balcony is huge compared to the other condos we saw around the Village. And, the large patio doors off the living room let a lot of fresh air in! We were close enough to the pool that it was so convenient to walk back and grab some popsicles to take back and enjoy. The outdoor fireplace with wood rocking chairs was our nightly ritual. We would roast marshmellows and chat with neighbors while the kids played on the open grassy courtyard. We also enjoyed only being steps to the Village, literally a few feet to Starbucks and the General Market! The covered parking garage that was included in our rental ended up being a super bonus. It turns out most people come to the Village at night and the parking is virtually non-existant..UNLESS you are staying here and have the parking code! We were only a short walk over a small bridge to the large playground and Kid's Adventure side of the Village. Let me put it this way, we never had to hear "are we there yet"! Everything you need to have and do is right here. Thank you to the owners for the happy memories!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
