Less than 5 minutes to the metro station Ottaviano/S.Pietro, "Angelico Apartment" is located in central area Prati, near the Vatican State, at the second floor with lift of an elegant build of the beginning of XX century.

Prati is characterized by it's beautiful and elegance squares and streets. It’s within walking distance from St. Peter’s and the Vatican Museum and well linked with all the main tourist attractions, shopping areas and archaeological sites of the City.

The apartment was conceived to combine the comforts offered by a hotel with the typical privacy of a flat.

It’s consist of a bright large and finely furnished living room with kitchenette, one double bedroom, one triple bedroom and a bathroom.

The flat can host up to five/six people: two in the bedroom, and three in the large triple bedroom, which includes a king bed and a single bed (possibility of another bed added in the triple bedroom).

The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, four-ring cooker, electrical oven, cooking utensils, draining rack, shelves, pans and cutlery.

The large bathroom includes: bathtub with shower, hair dryer, washing machine, and towels.

The flat also includes air conditioning, heating, iron and iron board, satellite TV and lift.

  • We really enjoyed our stay at this apt. The owner greeted us on our first day and was very kind to us during our stay. The apt is very spacious and conveniently located about 3 blocks from the Vatican and a block away from the Metro. We had plenty of local restaurants, shops and cafe's near us which made everything easier and less expensive. Since the apt is located on a busy street, the traffic noise and converstations from people passing by carried up to our rooms. It made it a bit difficult to fall asleep. The bathroom was a long room, very spacious. However, the bathtub was really small and narrow at the bottom. You cannot place your feet side by side together. We had to place one foot in front of the other in order to balance ourselves. They are better off installing a shower stall instead of having a very uncomfortable tub. Pros: great location, spacious, clean Cons: noisy, bath tub

  • We loved this apartment. It was clean and in a quiet area close to the Metro and Vatican. Good location for walking to other historical sites or catching subway to other areas. The nearby underground pastry shop and Expresso from the corner were delicious. We would recommend this apartment to anyone. The two bedrooms gave privacy for my wife and I in one room and the band members we were travelling with in the other. There is a trick to the door lock so be sure to get instructions when you pick up the key. The owner and staff were wonderful too!!! Thanks again for everything and the wonderful experience!   • Stefano, We wanted to thank you for the rental of your lovely Rome apt. As you were out of town, as arranged, your friend met us and took care of all our check-in needs. He arranged to have a taxi return us to the airport at the end of our stay which was much appreciated. We gladly dropped our previously made subway and train transportation plans which would cost the same and have been more taxing. Retreating to the apartment each day to refresh ourselves was heavenly. It is very clean, refreshingly cool, spacious, and very conveniently located to the sights we wished to visit such as St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican museums, with easy subway access to everything else. Thank you. It was everything we could have hoped for. Week of 07/16/09

  • We found this apartment to be exactly as advertised, clean & quaint with all amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. The apartment is perfectly located to explore all of downtown Rome by foot/subway. Walking distance to grocery store a big plus!! We definitely would recommend this to our friends!

  • We just returned from a wonderful time in Italy, with 3 nights spent at this apartment. The apartment is perfect for two couples, as our party had, or a family. The location is great. Just two blocks from the metro station, so we took the train from the Rome airport to the Termini station and then rode the metro to the Ottaviano/S.Pietro stop. Much less expensive than a cab and very easy. We used the metro to get all over Rome and just took a cab once. The apartment was clean and the bedrooms are very large with large windows. There was heat and air-conditioning. The kitchen was small, but great for making breakfast each day before we left. The 1 bathroom was a nice size with a shower/tub. There was an elevator to get the luggage up (very helpful after a long flight). The neighborhood felt safe to walk through in the evening, close to the Vatican (just over ½ mile), but easy enough to get to the rest of Rome. It would be helpful if the owner would have a house-book with information on what restaurants are good in the neighborhood, where the grocery store is located, how to use the washing machine (I still haven't figured out the European washing machines), but other than that the owner was so pleasant when we arrived and helpful with directions before we arrived. We would defiantly return to this apartment if visiting Rome again, which we hope we can do. We did find that the Rome Walk Tours (found on-line) were excellent. Julia, from London, was our guide and the three tours we took, gave us so much info on Rome in the two and a half days we had there. Hope this is helpful to anyone considering this lovely apartment.   • What a great place! Location is perfect and the Metro stop for bus and subway are easily accessible. Very clean and the renters are very helpful and obliging. We had luggage problems for 3 days after we landed and the renter received our luggage while we toured and when we called late at night to pick it up, they always had a smile and kind word. What a wonderful experience we had. Highly recommend and will definately stay here again.
