The second level offers a combined Kitchen, Dining and Living area that extends onto the Screened Porch through French doors. Included on the second level is the Master Bedroom with a King bed, en suite bath and a sitting area opening onto the screened porch and peaceful Coco Bay. A stairway leads up from the porch onto the Roof Deck which affords breathtaking views of the Island, memorable sunsets and fantastic star gazing at night.
There are two Guest Bedrooms on the first level offering Twin beds and a Queen bed. They both share the House bath plus a large, comfortable Family/TV room with French doors opening onto a wrap around deck. The property is complemented with beautiful tropical landscaping including water elements, a garden patio and walking paths to both Coco Bay and the Ocean beach.
