Rock your cares away on the extra large wrap-around porches of this 3000 square foot. beach cottage with wide open, up-close views of the blue green Gulf of Mexico and its sugar white beaches. You can see all the sights and hear the sounds of the pristine beach nearby! It's just steps away from the private Summer's Edge beach walk and one of the two pools.
This 3-story cottage has 2 large living areas plus an extra large kitchen and dining area. It works great for 4 couples or two families.
Decorated in a designer Cape Cod style, this gorgeous home has hardwood floors throughout, lots of interesting antiques, 10 ft. ceilings, white wainscoting, a living area on each floor--a pine ceiling in one, and 12 French doors opening to the fabulous Gulf breezes and views. There's lots of room in this house to spread out and enormous privacy.
Behind the foyer on the first floor is a garage than can accommodate 3-4 cars (with the driveway).
The second floor opens to a large den with a TV/DVD and a built-in bunk near a half bath and large laundry room. Also on the second floor are two overly large, gorgeously decorated master bedrooms, both with king-sized beds and one with a pull-out sofa and the other with a daybed. The den and one bedroom opens to the very large balcony lined with white rockers and great views of the beach just 50 yards away and the other bedroom has a pool view.
The third floor opens to an extremely large living area with ocean views everywhere through French doors leading to another large balcony. The large kitchen has up-scale cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and even a window over the stove for an unobstructed view of the ocean! The large dining area with an island bar can accommodate huge crowds as can the living room with its gas fireplace and 42" plasma TV with DVD/CD. A third wonderful master bedroom with a king bed opens to the ocean and the fourth large bedroom with a queen bed and daybed overlooks the pool.
All bedrooms have flat-screen LCD TV's, ceiling fans, and private baths, and there is a whole house stereo system.
Old Seagrove is nestled between Seaside and Rosemary Beach with 20 miles of bike trails linking them. Walk or bike easily to nearby shopping and fine restaurants. It's a close drive to Ft. Walton and Panama City airports! Every possible outdoor activity is nearby including art shows and wine festivals!
"Amazing Grace" is nestled just south of 30-A in the quaint family-oriented neighborhood of Summer's Edge with white picket fences and sidewalks. It has a great old-time neighborhood feeling with two pools--one heated and the other an infinity pool (just steps from "Amazing Grace"). Beach rentals are located near the beach walk.
This is one of the best locations in Summer's Edge with an incredible view. Find wonderful peace and rest at this "Amazing"
home. Rentals run Saturday to Saturday.

Why the Owner Chose Summer's Edge
My husband and I looked for 3 years for the perfect location between Destin and Panama City and we kept coming back to Summer's Edge. We have all the quaintness of Seaside without the congestions. We are only 1 mile from Seaside so we can still enjoy the benefits of Seaside. This house had the best views of any house we looked at in Summer's edge. The two wrap-around porches are our daily retreat areas. You can overlook the beach and hear the ocean right from the luxury of our home.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This is our home away from home. It is our family time. This is our personal home and we only want others who will love and respect our home as their own. We spend time on the beach, in the pool, playing games and cooking at home. My kids love it!

Great house. Very comfortable. Perfect setup for our 2 families (10 people) and there was plenty of room. Easy to drive or ride bikes into Seaside. Description and photos are all accurate. The closeness to the beach and the gulf view from the 3rd floor deck is outstanding. We were sad to have to leave.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

Great Place! One of best ocean views in Summer's Edge. Loved the big open balconies. VERY short walk to beach, out the door & around the corner. Great layout for multiple families. We had 2 families/ 11 people. Pleanty of room to spread out. Kids have their own TV room. Seagrove is a laid back community but close to restaurants/ groceries. Summer's Edge has 2 nice pools, one out the door of this unit. Nice to have a garage & extra parking. Highly recommend!
