  Mahalo Jim & Leesa, We once again enjoyed your nice condo, for the 3rd time in a row. It has become our "home away from home". We appreciate your thoughtfulness and attention to detail. We do love the ocean view and being on the ground level. We are sun lovers and the pool is such a joy! Didn't have many tradewinds this year in April, so we really appreciated them our last few days.   My wife and I visited here during the New Year's holiday and it was AMAZING!! Leesa is great to work with! The condo is very clean and really makes you feel like you are on vacation. The location is perfect for surfing/ beach activities and is super close to the two best beaches in Poipu! I would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks Leesa, Ben & Alexa

  Very well situated location. Accommodation is kept very clean, well equipped and is very modern. Had one glitch upon checking in. Due to a communication break down, the unit had not been scheduled for check out clean that day. Upon calling the owner, that was immediately remedied and the cleaning service was dispatched immediately. Both the owner and cleaning crew more than compensated us for the inconvenience. Very pleased. Damage deposit was refunded in a timely manner. We would stay there again if our travels ever take us back to Kauai.

  I wanted to comment on the most comfortable bed and great pillows. I'm a needer of a squishy pillow and sure enough, found one. Everything was just right for two people. The breeze blowing through all the time, day and night, was great, and we could hear the surf at night. We admired the long framed paddle over the sofa. That's a beautiful piece. I spent a happy hour roaming the Koloa shops. The Big Save had everything we needed. All a great time and great place to stay.

  What can I say that already hasn't been mentioned. Spotlessly clean with every amenity you can think of. Having the shower stall eqipped with the soap dispenser was terrific and loved the shower with the natural stone as it was not slippery when wet. Quiet location and well within walking/short drive to beaches, shopping, restaurants. Never needed the a/c as the ceiling fans and the breeze were all we needed. Even the bed was more comfortable than the one we have at home! I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone. The only disappointment is you will wish you could stay longer. Thx Lisa.

  Your home is absolutely everything and more we could of asked for. Your condo is full equipped from beach umbrellas - boogie boards. We will back again soon.

  For our honeymoon we stayed here in Kauai, and were actually quite happy to find the property even nicer than pictures could do justice here on the site. Everything was as advertised, and there was no hassle with access or any of the amenities whatsoever. There is an ocean view from the living room, and when paired with a nice cross breeze through the unit made for incredibly relaxing evenings after being out playing all day. The owners have done a great job with this property, adding small perks like outdoor gear (boogie board, beach mats, chairs, umbrellas, etc) to use on any daily adventure. Little things like that are the extra step that would bring us back. The unit is a short walk to Shipwreck Beach, and about a three minute drive to Brennecke and Poipu beaches. Also, it's just a short distance to Poipu Rd which accesses plenty of businesses. Very ideally located, quiet and relaxing; but simultaneously a perfect springboard for anything, anywhere on the island.

Your home is absolutely everything we could have hoped for and more for our honeymoon.You've provided all the amenities of home with all the touches of Kauai.   Mahalo Leesa and Jim for letting us share your condo for a month! We had an outstanding time and look forward to visiting again soon. This was our 6th Kauai stay at Poipu Sands for my husband and I, and Leesa and Jim's Condo was by far the best we have stayed in. Their condo is very clean and well maintained. I loved the kitchen; the appliances have been upgraded, lots of utensils, and new pots and pans. There are lots of extra amenities throughout the condo which made us feel truly at home. This condo is also great because it is very close to the pool and the BBQ Grills which we used frequently. It is also close to Shipwrech beach and just a short 1 mile stroll on the greenbelt to Poipu Beach. Jim and Leesa's condo is close to some great restaurants and some even in walking distance. I seriously cannot say enough positive things about Jim and Leesa's condo. We had such a wonderful time; it was relaxing and fun and we cannot wait to return. I highly recommend this condo for a Kauai vacation. Leesa is wonderful to work with and she goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect.

  My wife and I just returned from our Hawaiian vacation. We stayed at this condo and had a wonderful experience. The place is spotless...almost to the point of appearing brand new. The accommodations are very comfortable and the location is great...adjacent to the Hyatt (sunrise/sunsets at Shipwreck beach!!) and only a couple of minutes to Poipu Beach Park. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals including utensils, plates/bowls, spices, butter, etc. The Lanai is perfect for early morning coffee. Leesa is very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Only two minor things: No AC, which may be an issue for some but wasn't for us (trade winds were perfect), and snorkel gear is limited so plan to rent your own. Overall could not recommend this place more highly and will definitely stay again when we return to Kauai. Mahalo Leesa!!
