  We (2 adults and 3 children age 2 - 8) have had a very pleasant stay. We stayed here for 3 weeks and it was great. Kathy and Don are very nice and helpfull people. Property was clean and equiped with everything we needed. We were surprised that there was a lot of toys, books and films for the kids. This was nice because we came by plane and you can't carry that kind of things with you. Our youngest could play on the patio with balls, tent and bicycle. Because it is the basement there is not that much daylight but it was nice weather so we were outside a lot. In the evening when the children were asleep we could sit on the patio which was very nice. Every week the towels where washed by Kathy and that was great. Overall a very pleasant stay which we have already recommended to other people.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

  We enjoyed our stay here. This place has everything you need and five of us were comfortable staying here. Very kid friendly and if you need anything they are more than willing to help. Will stay here again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This was excellent rental unit for visiting the Pacific Northwest. It's optimally suited for a family of 4, like us. The apartment is fully equipped, well maintained, organized, clean, and comfortable. The location allowed us day trips to Olympic National Park (long day), Vancouver, BC (moderately long day), and easy back and forth access to the Seattle area, yet the apartment is in a quiet suburban neighborhood. Don and Kathy are hospitable and supportive and will help you out if needed or leave you alone you prefer. I highly recommend this rental unit.

  Myself and my family (6 in total) stayed at this apartment for our sons wedding. The accommadation was excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped, very comfortable, reasonably priced and in a very convenient area of Seattle (Kirkland. The owners (Don and Kathy) were very helpful, great at communicating with us prior to our stay and willing to help out in any way they could while we were there. Although the apartment accommadated 6 of us it is probably best suited to a 4 or five people occupancy. We had a wonderful time here and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property and its owners to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the Seattle region. We had no Complaints whatsoever about this property.

  The accommodations are excellent. Clean, comfortable and easy to "settle into". The sleeping arrangements are great. The kitchen only needs the food to be complete. It is very quiet and away from the street but has off street parking. Don & Kathy Jury are very helpful and friendly.

  My husband and I had a lovely visit with our son who lives and works in Kirkland. Staying in this wonderful apartment was not only convenient and affordable, but also tremendously homey and well equipped. The owners of this mother-in-law apartment were very helpful and personable. We definitely plan to return.

  My family of 4 really enjoyed staying here. This place is very clean, homey, fully equiped, and quiet, which is great if you have kids that nap! It is conveniently located geographically, with grocery store/restaurants located close by and so easy to find. The owners are very professional and easy to deal with, and the price is reasonable. We highly recommend staying here.
