We are currently staying in this condo and we have truly enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and anything you need, the owners respond to immediately. The pool is a few feet outside our door under a lani and on an inlet. We love the area and walk down to the gulf for a breathtaking view of the sunset. The inside of the condo is exactly as the pictures show, so there were no surprises. It has all the amenities and has great restaurants and shopping in the area. We would definitely stay here again. We also have a large dog which they allow.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We reserved this rental property for the months of Jan. and Feb. 2011. When we arrived we found the place to be very dirty with very old furniture. It was nothing like the pictures portrayed on the web site. We refused to stay there as things we in such a horrible state. The microwave door and oven we nothing but greasy and the wine glasses hanging in the wine rack were also greasy and filmy. The furniture was old and we just couldn't stay in a place like that. We never received a rental contract and terms but paid 1 month in full. When we decided not to stay the owner took 15% of the total of 2 months even though we only paid for 1.
Owner response:We have been owning and renting Condos for 15 years & attribute our success to maintaining, up-dating and having a good relationship with our guests. We have recently painted the exterior of our building, added a pool enclosure, painted the pool deck and sunning deck. The swimming pool has been resurfaced, and the appearance is quite impressive as you can see from our newly posted photos. We continuously update the interior ,as well, to keep our guests comfortable and returning to us. Our cleaning service has an extensive 'check list' to follow, and is double-checked by us. OUR MISSION: "To provide quality accommodations for the enjoyment of our guests. To maintain our property in a manner we are proud of and to treat each guest above and beyond what they expect."

I have stayed at this location on a number of times. They are in a wonderful location, safe and quiet. When you walk inside it is amazing it feels like it is you home away from home with-out any headaches. There is so much to do around here that you run out of time. I recomend that everyone who loves activites, fun stay here.
