The 1,200 square foot lanai stretches the length of the house and offers a commanding view of old Hawaii. The home has no stairs and is conveniently located on one floor. Inside, three bedrooms (two with foam mattresses) are perfect for catching up on a good nights sleep. The central gathering room with extra high ceilings is bright and cheerful. The large gourmet kitchen is convenient for all your cooking needs. Comfortable, designer furniture and plenty of space for everyone awaits your arrival. New in September of 2008 is the media room for those who want the cable TV.
The Harbour House makes a great home base for short trips to Volcano National Park, Hawaii's favorite tourist destination, and nearby Black Sand Beach and the famous cliffs of Southpoint.

For occupancy of three or more, rates are $139/night. Weekly/$119(night)
For occupancy of two people or less, rate is $109/night. Weekly/$99(night)
Minimum of a three day stay is required.
All rates are subject to 12.42% Hawaii Tax and a cleaning fee.
Cleaning fee is $75 for two people (one bedroom). Otherwise, cleaning fee is $100.
A full refund with a minimum of 60 day notice.
Should guests cancel their reservation less than 60 days of arrival,
the payment will be refunded less the initial deposit.

This home faces east, and I so enjoyed each morning making coffee and sitting on the lanai to watch the world awaken. First, just the wind in the trees, then a bird or two as the sun rises above the ocean. Just georgeous, and SO relaxing. The neighbors are extraordinarily friendly in the warmest way. Everyone we met asked us to visit, gave us fruit, and made us feel the aloha.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+.
