Incredible gulf views from the moment you open the front door!! Our contemporary condo was completely renovated end of 2007. The condo has all the features of a high-end luxury condo. Features include travertine marble floors throughout, granite counter tops and espresso contemporary cabinets in the kitchen and bath rooms. New furniture in all rooms.
Our condo is located on the second floor. Beautiful ocean views throughout. Spacious living/dining room with sliding doors to balcony over-looking the pool. It has a full kitchen with new stainless steel Jenn-Air appliances. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The large master suite has a king-sized bed, private bath and TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV and a full bath next to it. The living room has a 47 inch wide/flat screen TV and DVD/VCR. Private laundry room with washer and dryer. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats available for your use.
Our condo building is called "The Breakers" It is a very quiet building with only 38 units and plenty of parking. Our building requires a 30 day minimum rental, but we can sometimes accommodate 3 weeks.
This condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
