The condo is located on Kauai's south shore in desirable Poipu Kai Resort, a lushly landscaped seventy acre resort of tropical gardens, spacious green lawns and low-rise buildings. Poipu is known as the "sunny side of paradise" because of its sunny, dry, balmy weather and tropical beauty.

This deluxe garden condominium unit features a master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath. A second full bath is off the hallway. There is a large living room and a newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The private lanai is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a cool drink in a lush tropical garden setting. For your convenience there is cable TV,VCR/DVD, CD tape deck, private phone, high speed internet access, washer and dryer, and ceiling fans.

A few steps from the front door you will find a beautifully tiled pool with a panoramic view of the shoreline. The grounds feature tropical planting, expansive lawns, barbecues, nine tennis courts (no court fees) two pools and a spa.

    • In 2009 we will be staying in this condo for the ninth straight year. We Sstay six weeks at a time. That will give you an idea how we feel about the place. It is in a wonderful location. Near the pool, a beautiful green belt and about a seven iron from Breneke Beach (Maybe a five - I sometimes overestimate my game) They have recently remodeled the kitchen and it is lovely. New furniture was also added. The area is quiet and very well maintained. You will love it here! Ranny and Beverly Kentfield Hacienda Heights, CA
