In 2009 we will be staying in this condo for the ninth straight year. We Sstay six weeks at a time. That will give you an idea how we feel about the place. It is in a wonderful location. Near the pool, a beautiful green belt and about a seven iron from Breneke Beach (Maybe a five - I sometimes overestimate my game) They have recently remodeled the kitchen and it is lovely. New furniture was also added. The area is quiet and very well maintained. You will love it here! Ranny and Beverly Kentfield Hacienda Heights, CA

Hello Ann and Mark Thank you once again for trusting us with your magnificent condo. The reno work is spectacular...and it takes a lot to impress Gil (he is builder "quality") and was very impressed. As always, Kauai was amazing.
