It is a short walking distance from the Kirkwood ski lifts, parking, restaurants, village area, recreation center w/outdoor pool and spa, and tennis courts.
There is a 5th bedroom which is a master suite. It has a king size bed and a Jucuzzi tub in the master bath. This room can also be used at an additional price.
