This elegant home has four large master suites, plus a 5th bedroom, all with high end mattresses, towels, and linens. Each master suite is decorated uniquely and exquisitely. The Granada and Shanghai spacious master bathrooms have large two-person jacuzzi tubs. The Cayman suite has an indoor shower as well as a large private outdoor shower area with a lounging sofa to sunbathe or see the millions of stars at night. The Bali suite has its own 42" flat panel satellite TV (U.S. stations) and DVD player. All master suites have screened elegant shutters, ambient soffit lighting, as well as walk-in closets. Beautiful marble and unique onyx vessel sinks create a feeling of elegance and luxury.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful tropical parota wood cabinetry, Viking stainless steel appliances, and professional amenities that would impress any chef. Choices for on-site dining include a large granite island, a dining room with seating for 12, the outside dining area on the covered veranda, another dining area under the pergola, or simply next to the pool in your lounge chair.
Lounge on the expansive L-shaped sofa in the Media Room to watch movies or satellite U.S. stations on the 50" flat panel TV or sit at the desk and get some quick work done on your laptop while gazing out to the ocean. A laptop is provided if you don't want to bring your own—your clients won't even know you left town! The Game Room has its own 42" flat panel TV, a bar with wine cooler, and a game table with a second sitting area, offering another place to view your favorite movies or a separate place for the children's movie.
Enjoy swimming in a spacious heated infinity pool with three levels. One level is for soaking while sunbathing, another is a space for the children, and the third for swimming or water aerobics. Relax in the jacuzzi overlooking the golf course after your game on either of the two neighboring Jack Nicklaus Four Seasons Signature courses (at reduced rates as our guests), or sunbathe in an outdoor queen size canopied day-bed while you enjoy your favorite drink. Or perhaps sleep out there under the star-studded sky! The expansive outdoor living area will provide hours of entertainment, spectacular views, privacy and relaxation.
Our home has beautiful whitewater beach views. Many homes advertise ocean views but it may be over the rooftops or from a cliff. The waves crashing on the shore are visible from inside all four master suites as well as the living area and yard. The home is just a 100 yards from the beach with easy access to stroll along the shore, pick up shells, or watch the whales. A five minute walk along the beach will take you to a small village where you can find many outstanding beach side restaurants, rent a surfboard, charter a fishing boat, go whale watching, snorkeling, or do a little shopping.
Within a 5 minute walk you can secure a beach side massage. Or better yet, have our house concierge arrange for a massage at the villa. You can also zip around in our golf cart to your choice of three beach clubs, the fitness center and the tennis club. We can arrange for in-house babysitting or you can take the little folks to the "kid's club" at the Residents Beach Club, where you can dine and snorkle and enjoy the sunset.
You are welcome to use our suburban or golf cart inside the gated community of Punta Mita. Everything is within a couple of miles - to the golf course, tennis courts, Four Seasons and St. Regis Beach Clubs and Restaurants. If you want to wander outside of Punta Mita, then our chauffer will take you anywhere in Puerto Vallarta.

Our guests will be pampered from the time they arrive until the time they leave. Guests are greeted at the airport with a cold bottle of water, chauffered in our Suburban, and then greeted at the house with fresh fruit and ice cold drinks. A hearty breakfast is served daily and a light lunch is also prepared. Margaritas are served around the pool all day long. Our staff will keep the home spotlessly clean and provide all the services our guests desire.

I can truly say that everything about our stay was truly Amazing! Russ, the owner was so easy and accomodating to work with when booking our stay and it only got better frome there! My wife and I along with our friends have been going to Puerto Vallarta for many years and we have had the opportunity to stay at many Villlas in PV and I can tell you that those Villas were Beautiful and had great staff but this Villa takes the cake. From the views to the decor to the swimming pool everything was Amazing...the pictures on the website do not do it justice. And just when you think it can;t get better it does with as Francisco and Reina took great care of us and catered to our every need. We all would highly recommend Francisco's Fish Tacos and make sure you get Israel one of the Chef's to make some dinners as his food is awesome and a must have desert is the Hot Chocolate Lava Cake...a definite must! As the website says, the house is right on the Seventh fairway so we golfed twice so when we got to the seventh hole we hit our teeshots...mark our balls and then stopped at the house for breakfast once and lunch once (Where Francisco and Reina prepared great meals) and then went on to finish the round...really doesn't get better than that! The only downside with the house is that you never want to leave it. But if you do we would recomment going to Margarita's in the small town of Punta Mita...Francisco will make the res, and going to the St. Regis Beach club for sunset drinks. We will definitley be back sooner than later so thanks to Russ, Francisco and Reina for a great vacation!

My entire family (mom, dad, brothers, wives, and kids - 8 adults and 4 kids under the age of 3) rendevouzed in Punta Mita the first week of October 2011 and were mind blown the moment we walked in the door of this amazing home. The pictures do not do this place justice! The house far exceeded our expectations, and our expectations were pretty high. But, the house was not the greatest part of the vacation. Francisco (our concierge for the week) turned a week vacation into something people only dream of - we never lifted a finger. Francisco took care of all of our needs, whether it was day trips to Saulita, drinks, tours of the surrounding area, or anything else we wanted to do. Plus, he brought such a joyful spirit to work each day that we could not help but smile whenever he was around. The second part of the experience that turned a great vacation into an unforgettable experience was hiring Israel (the chef) to come in and cook for us each day. Israel made some of the most amazing meals we have ever eaten!

We spent a week at Casa Joya Del Mar wtih two other couples in perfect weather, playing golf, laying on the beach, being pampered by the house staff, and sampling local cuisine. I would return in a flash. This is the most restful vacation we have ever taken. The vistas are breath taking. The golf course is difficult to over rate. The house staff were solicitous and attentive. Francisco makes a breakfast worthy of the Four Seasons where he was previously employed and his fish tacos are to die for. We had a glorious time! It is worth every peso!

Spending a week or two in a beautiful and spacious home, that has ocean and golf course views also helps the soul appreciate life. Spectacular golf, tennis, fishing, swimming and snorkeling keeps one in shape. The privacy and ability to read a book on the veranda with soft ocean breezes can't be beat. Great restaurants within walking distance abound. A private chef, with a trio singing Mexican ballads adds a special experience. For the past 3 years our family of 11 has spent one week each year at Casa Joya del Mar. It has become an annual event and we wouldn’t dream of spending our vacation at any other place. As our family has said “How can you compete with Paradise?” We can’t think of a better place to relax, unwind and spend good quality time together than there. Francisco, the always available, agreeable and friendliest concierge helps to set the stage for our vacation. Reina, the kind and caring housekeeper never fails to keep everything in tip top shape for us and is always there with clean towels by the pool, and a ready smile as well. We have also taken advantage of the availability of a 5 star chef, arranged by Francisco, who helps us to further enjoy our time together by preparing fresh meals that are custom-made to our taste and liking. As reluctant as we are to ever leave Casa Joya del Mar we have ventured out to enjoy zip lining, the nearby water park, golf and various beaches as well. Even though we have recently returned from there, we have already begun to count down the days until we can return to our wonderful Punta Mita family once again!

What a luxurious experience! I have been to Mexico several times, to all inclusive resorts and other luxury properties, but nothing comes close to comparing to this experience! Immediately after getting through the Puerto Vallarta airport, the home concierge, Francisco, was waiting for us with an inviting smile at the passenger greeting area. We were driven to the home via the house vehicle (Tahoe). I felt Very safe and comfortable, knowing that we were in good hands with Francisco. The resort has everything you could ask for. Whether you want to golf, read, swim, play games, wisk around the resort via the home's golf-cart, or just relax, this place has it all! Everything else about the property was 5-star standard – I honestly can't think of a single thing I would change. And must mention the meals cooked by Francisco and Reina... DYNAMITE! They worked around our schedules, which made it convenient and delicious! I felt safe, pampered, comfortable and extremely happy at this house. I would Absolutely recommend this property to my friends and family for the ultimate Mexican luxury vacation and I Can't Wait To Go Back!

I have stayed at numerous VRBO listed properties throughout North America, and this luxurious home in Punta Mita is #1 on my list by a WIDE margin. Picture the amentities of a 5-star luxury hotel with the privacy of an exclusive, gated community - this property exceeded my every expectation. My girlfriend and another couple previewed a variety of vacation options before choosing this home. The house is in IMMACULATE condition with EVERY luxury feature you would want in a vacation property. Francisco, the house concierge, provided the highest level of customer service - and his cooking was absolutely amazing! Each bedroom is a suite which would rival that of Ritz Carlton and the infinity pool provides tranquility that you would only find on your own private island. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Punta Mita, let alone the entire country of Mexico. Would I stay here again? - 100% yes!

My wife and I, along with some friends, recently spent a week at this outstanding home. Each couple had their own private bedroom and bath. Because the home is so spacious it hardly seemed like 8 people were there. The home comes with a maid and Fransico who will care for your every need. This is pure luxury, Mexico style. Because the home is located on the 7th fairway, we actually stopped in for breakfast, (which Fransico had prepared) during our morning round of golf. The view of the ocean during the sunrise each morning was breathtaking. The only problem with this home was leaving. We can't wait for our next visit to Punta Mita.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your fabulous estate in Punta Mita! It was the most luxurious rental accommodation I have ever experienced, with every amenity I could dream of. I loved having a daily maid service--it really feels like a vacation when you don't even have to make your bed or wash your own dishes. The house itself is magnificent--I love the marble stairs leading to each private bedroom. The furnishings are stunning, and the beds are very comfortable! My favorite thing was the private indoor/outdoor shower. Or maybe it was the three beautiful water fountains; or perhaps the gourmet kitchen with three(!) ovens. Really, it was the terrific view of the bay from the lounge bed by the pool. I highly recommend this property--the pictures don't even do it justice!
